Tatsujin- Toaplan. 1988
Japanese pcb
1st boss

Fun and challenging shooter from the 80’s

I have a lot of fond memories from playing the megadrive version when I was a kid.

Playing Aleste 2 for the msx2
This evening.
Made by Compile in 1989.
Running this on the recalbox jamma
Very cool music and gameplay.

Zanac from compile was the gateway shmup that got me hooked on the genre.

Stoked to catch up with older shooters I missed that did not arrive in the US.
