Insanely grateful for a place I can just be myself and work out with some amazing ladies!

Took a quick weekend trip to Minnesota for Minnesota State Fair shenanigans - the largest fair in the US (by daily attendance). Also went to the sculpture garden and Mall of America because why not. Got some fake matching cow tats too!

Consumed:
Black Cherry Cream Soda
THE Corndog
Cream Cheese Stuffed Fried Pickles
Red Velvet Funnel Cake
Mini Doughnut Cream Soda
Fried Reese's
Jalapeno Spam Curds
Butter Dipped Soft Serve
Swedish Candy
Chargrilled Pork Chop On A Stick
Battered Potatoes
Garlic Cheese Curds (Not Pictured)
The Famous Choc Chip Cookies, stacked so tall they immediately fell over while I struggled to take a pic.

A great weekend was had, but this was a one-and-done situation for us! Every busy event will now be compared to this because it was INSANE! by @akthudson

14 years of marriage (NINETEEN together, how??), two houses, three cats, a billion dinners out, a billion and one lil' special treats, a handful of "once in a lifetime" trips, and an immeasurable amount of laughs. There's no one I'd rather be doing it with than you, @burnshudson

Better late than never! Spent date night last week with @netflixandkell and friends at the Roxa Spoleto tasting and honestly, 1000/10. Of course I'm biased, but also, it's just that damn good!

2025 -

Participated in CHSWFF for the second time as talent. Felt fancy. Love the F&B community.

5 years of no dad. Not my favorite.

Burnout. Left my job. Did nothing for a while. Felt better. Got a new job. Love it.

Started taking my health more seriously. Began iron infusions, B12 shots, and a whole mess of other things! Still afraid of needles.

Showed up to the gym consistently, all thanks to @leahknapp . Never thought I'd be lifting weights or attending barre, but here we are.

Prioritized being present for family birthdays and dinners. Made a few cakes, too.

Traveled. Still uneasy during takeoff and landing.

Tried (at least) 12 new restaurants with L + P. Love the once a month double date.

Not too shabby, 2025, not too shabby. by @akthudson

Spent a day in Norway with train rides from Flåm to waterfalls in Myrdal before biking back down. Also, a gorgeous cotton candy sky at 10:30pm (these long days were INSANE). taken in Norway by @akthudson
