I'm hong xiang from WPS ,The Sip the moment drinks
Inspired by rice as a quiet symbol of Malaysian Chinese daily life, these two drinks tell one story from morning to evening.

Ohayo First is my soft breakfast moment — built with rice milk, rose tea, banana, and coffee, inspired by the sweetness and comfort of starting the day at home.

*Ohayo first*
50ml Rice milk
40ml Rose tea
15ml Premium banana Giffard
10ml Elder flower Giffard
10ml Creme brulee Giffard
20ml Espresso
Garnish flower ,ume powder

On the Way Home is the second chapter — a clean, fizzy, alcohol-free serve with longan, genmaicha, ginger, and pineapple, created for that refreshing pause after a long day.

80ml Logan and gemaicha
50ml Ginger ale
10ml Giffard Ginger syrup
20ml Giffard Premium Carribean Pineapple
Garnish
Logan, shiso leaf ,lemon zest ,lemon slice

*Hennessy Limonata Cream*

This creation is built from that feeling — grounded by coffee, lifted by citrus, shaped by sustainability, and designed to connect two worlds of craft. A concept that gives familiar ingredients a new life, while bridging the precision of a barista with the creativity of a modern beverage maker.

Hennessy vsop 30ml
Lemon syrup 10ml
Coffee saccharum 7.5ml
Lemon soda 50ml
Salted kamquat creamc30ml
Espresso 20ml

1)Pour in Hennessy vsop ,lemon syrup,coffee saccharum into high ball glass and stir well
2) pour in ice till 80% then top up with lemon soda
3)brew a espresso shot 20ml prefer nutty flavour to make it a float
4)premix a pitch of salt ,3 g of kumquat syrup ,30ml of whipping cream ,20ml of milk into a jar and pour in 30ml to the glass

Coffee saccharum
100g used coffee and 150g of white sugar mixed will and let it sleep for 6hour+ and filter with v60 keep into glass and put into chillers

Lemon peel syrup
Cut the lemon skin ,1 part of lemon skin with 1 part of sugar put into zip lock bag and mix well together and leave it at outside for 24 hours filter the syrup and keep the skin for the next step

Dehydrated lemon wheel
Cut the lemon into wheel and dehydrated for 24 hour put into jar

Lemon candy
The reminding of lemon peel for the lemon syrup cut into dice and put into oven 180c for 1 hour keep into cointainer
