POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Two weeks ago, I had the great honor of being inducted into the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in Knoxville, TN.

It was more than a milestone—it was a moment filled with love, reflection, and deep gratitude. I got the chance to thank the GOOD PEOPLE who supported me through every chapter of my journey and share the moment with the people I love most.

I hope you’ll take 5 minutes to listen to my speech. It’s a reminder of the power of showing up, staying true to yourself, and surrounding yourself with GOOD PEOPLE—because they make all the difference.

If you like what you heard, check out how I show up for others—and learn how you can do so as well—@318foundation or click the link in the bio.

Our Champions Academy was filled with leadership, growth, and unforgettable moments. From training sessions to team-building, our participants demonstrated what it means to lead on and off the court.

Women’s basketball is booming, but women, and specifically Black women are still missing from ownership.

@projectb_global is changing that by creating athlete ownership opportunities, expanding investment, and building generational wealth.

My latest for @forbes @forbes_sportsmoney explores why this could reshape the future business of women’s sports. Link in bio. by @alanabeard

I’ve watched @azzi35 navigate some of the most complex moments a young athlete can face with grace, self-awareness, and always on her own terms.

What drew me to Azzi for @projectb_global goes beyond the court. It’s how she thinks. How she carries herself. How she makes the people around her better while never losing herself in the process.

That’s the standard we’re building around here.

Proud to welcome Azzi Fudd to the Project B family. This is just the beginning. 🚀 by @alanabeard

On Sunday, our SPORTS program held another Skill Development Clinic, uniting our Leader-Athletes for a day of growth both on and off the court.

During the event, our leader-athletes participated in an on-court session with @slushpro24 that focused on developing their basketball skills, enhancing their basketball IQ, and fostering leadership qualities. The experience continued with a session led by @drlisasportspsych that emphasized leadership and mental health.

Happy International Women’s Day from all of us at the 318 Foundation!

Today, we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible women who inspire and drive our mission every single day.

To our amazing coaches in the SPORTS Program and our dedicated mentors in the VISION Program, your passion and commitment are not only changing lives but also shaping the next generation of strong women. Thank you for your guidance and for empowering young women in both the classroom and on the court.

We also want to give a heartfelt shout-out to the fantastic women behind the scenes, our 318 Foundation team, program coordinators, and director. Your unwavering dedication is what keeps our mission alive and allows us to impact so many young women.

While we’re shining a light on the women making a difference today, we’re also grateful for every mentor, volunteer, coach, and leader who supports our programs and believes in the power of uplifting the next generation.

Because of you, our mission grows stronger each day.

Happy International Women’s Day! Thank you for being a vital part of our journey to build a future filled with strong, confident women.

Basketball has always been culture. It is how athletes show up. How they travel. How they express themselves. How fans connect beyond the court.

We are building Project B to be premium in every detail, and William knows how to build global brands that live at the intersection of sport, fashion, and community.

We’re building with athletes to create the highest quality lifestyle products that are both elevated and intentional.
