A trip into the universe of my idol, at the #DavidBowieYoureNotAtone exhibition at @_lightroomldn

I share my birthday with Bowie, and I’ve always loved his music, his looks, his eccentricity and his endless reinvention.

Thank you for the music, David, you truly were a #Starman. And for making being different feel extraordinary. ❤️

Thursday throwback 🍼✨

Apparently, even as a baby I was already serving main character energy… unfortunately, Mum was not yet serving photographer. 😂 (she still isn’t by the way)

Thankfully, iOS 27’s Extend feature came along decades later to give this picture the framing it always deserved. 📱✨

Swipe right for the original and prepare yourself for some truly questionable composition. 😂

Stop. Right. Now. Thank you very much!
🛑✋
My @spicegirls x @funko Pops have finally arrived and they’re everything I hoped they’d be!
🎎🪆
And this @loungefly bag? She’s officially the favourite child.
👜💅
Honestly, I’m considering putting these in a display cabinet and charging myself admission!
🎟️💳
So tell me… what’s the latest thing you’ve bought that you’re completely obsessed with?

A weekend powered by friendship, fish and 70’s fabulousness.
🐠💙✨
My Saturday was spent wandering through @sealifebrighton with @fanny_hillscott, and Sunday was a trip to London for @abbavoyage with @pj.ry … and WOW. What. A. Show. 🤩🪩

My social battery is somehow both completely drained and fully recharged. That’s the magic of making memories with your favourite people. 💛

How was your weekend?

All I wanna do is sleep
but I keep on scrolling
Chasing dopamine deep
I just stop rolling…

🥱😴📱

Who else turns into a nocturnal little screen goblin the second they get into bed?

😫😴😓

What a weekend!!!
Saturday in Leeds, @melaniecmusic signing at @crashrecords and I gave her a challenge with lots of #Attitude: remember my name!
#WhatCouldPossiblyGoWrong?

Evening gig at @projecthouselds with an (un)expected surprise: @officialmelb showing up to watch, but also jumping in stage to Spice Up Our Lives!

Then two more signings on Sunday, starting with @hmv_manchester where I gave Mel a #Sweat about my challenge! I gave her another chance though, because I’m an #UndefeatedChampion!

Indeed, a quick car ride to @waxandbeans in Bury (with the nicest staff) and Mel shouted “Alan!” when I arrived!!!
Mission accomplished!

I’m exhausted, completely broke, but full of #EmotionalMemory!

Download, purchase and stream Sweat.
It’s been no. 1 on iTunes since its release but we need to get it to number one at the official album charts! by @alanasound

Wow @melaniecmusic was her usual brilliant self last night!25 years of Spice pilgrimages and we’re STILL showing up like it’s our full-time job.
💅🔥
Queued all day at Union Chapel… only to watch the front rows vanish in 5 seconds flat 😭 but honestly? The energy was STILL immaculate
⛪️💃
“SWEAT” is out, it’s ICONIC, and baby it’s already #1 on iTunes?! As it should be.
💿🏆
No notes. Just cardio. And doing it all with @spicydriss & @mxmcool… my ride-or-die Spice coven since forever
🇫🇷👯
Front row or not… who else is sweating with me right now?!
