Wow, it’s been 30 years since the bombshell that was "Wannabe" burst onto the scene; it instantly captured my heart, and my love for the girls remains just as strong today. Thanks to them, I found a true family—a family of the heart—that has always been there for me. Thank you for the indescribable emotions during concerts and private meet-ups, and for the unique moments shared with you. We’re still waiting for a comeback with all five of you.
Go, girls!

Yesterday was the most amazing and surreal moment of my life. Running with a Spice Girl. Not only that, it's my first attempt at a run since my injury which I was hella nervous about. Was so amazing catching up with the fan base who equally make the memories and experience something special and poignant. That friendship and dreams become a part of who we are in a world deprived of positivity. Thank you @beech_jody for being my companion over the past week and being the real stand in Sporty Spice. #spicegirls #melaniec #puresport #fitness #popmusic @melaniecmusic @roughtradewest @spicegirls @popmusicto

Spice Girls are much more than a pop band and often do not get the credit they deserve. Similar to a meteor, it comes very rarely but leaves an impact. The band have had a lasting impact on the importance of friendship, equality and resilience and their music is just the soundtrack to that legacy. There isn't a day goes by where I thjnk " well the Spice Girls were brave enough to do it" and that is a testament to that legacy Thank you to all the beautiful Spice and Melanie C fans that have been a part of my life. So glad we made it, time will never change it. @spicegirls @melaniecmusic @
