Curry is not the best shooter on the planet by accident or by luck. It’s because he’s willing to hold himself to a high standard.

Thank you Omni 🙏🏼
Thank you Dallas 🤠
Thank you Audigy ❤️

After attending my first game at Lambeau this past Sunday, and successful speaking engagements in Madison (Tuesday) and San Diego (Wednesday), it felt great to end my six day road trip by delivering a keynote this morning in Fort Worth! I look forward to heading home and spending the weekend with my kids!

Last week I posted a picture of me holding a picture of me.

This week I thought I’d post a picture of me standing next to a picture of me.

These are plastered on pillars all over the second floor of the Omni Fort Worth to promote today’s event.

I feel like every hotel in America should have these… even when there isn’t an event 😬 by @alansteinjr

I’m excited to take the stage at the Omni Fort Worth this morning as part of the Audigy Team Summit 2026 🎤

I feel super aligned with their event theme:

🔥 Blaze the Trail 🔥

I look forward sharing stories and actionable strategies with 600+ private practice hearing care and ENT staff including owners, practice administrators, physicians, technicians, admin staff, front office staff, as well as Audigy leadership team and select vendor/sponsor representatives 💥 by @alansteinjr

Last night when I arrived at the Omni Fort Worth… I snuck into the empty ballroom to get a lay of the land…

In a couple of hours the light will be bright, the screens will be lit, and this place will be rockin’ with 600+ attendees at the Audigy Team Summit! 🎤 🔥 by @alansteinjr

There is a time and place to enjoy the easy path.

There is a time and place to embrace the hard path.

I think we need both to live fulfilling lives.

I am really looking forward to choosing a hard path this February when I hike Mt. Kilimanjaro.

But not for the reasons you may think.

I am looking forward to it because of the challenges it imposes… not in spite of them.

For me, the training portion comes pretty naturally. In fact, I enjoy having something to train for.

You know what doesn’t come naturally to me?

Spending 10 days unplugged, disconnected, and off the grid.

Spending 10 days without the comfort of delicious food, a comfy bed, and a hot shower.

Blocking off 10 days and turning down countless full speaking opportunities (as February 5-15 is a busy speaking time!).

This last one is really hard for me… as it triggers the scarcity mindset I grew up with. Every time I turn down a speaking gig I feel twinge of constriction.

But these are EXACT reasons that this trip, this experience, and this challenge will be good for me. It will stretch me. I will return from Tanzania a better man in every way. by @alansteinjr
