Trigger warning (SA) -
we are struggling with severe heat intolerance, AC on/off again working in humid 90-100 degrees, severe food intolerances, cannot make it out of bed for basic needs + constant manipulation, coercion, and abuse from my “caretaker” who I am forced to share my bed, body, and soul with.

imperative that I receive consistent support to access food, water, and medication. I cannot reliably advocate for myself enough to meet these needs on my own. by @alchemy.ecosystem

Shameka is a single black mother who relies on CF to support herself and her child. She needs assistance with ensuring that her and her child’s most basic needs are met (food, transportation, bills, utilities, etc) Even sending $1 is helpful! Any d0na1on and sh.are aids Shameka in caring for herself and her child more than just scrolling by!

TW: DA/SA Thank you so much for the continuous support you’ve shown for H during this time, they need our help now more than ever! Recently evicted from their home, they are still forced to live with their ab.u5er and have no time to rest. They recently made an amazon wishlist of necessary items that will give them a better quality of life. Please take a look and share! There’s a variety of price options to make it accessible for everyone to support :)

This virtual fundraiser is for @alchemy.ecosystem & their fur family, who are running out of time & need urgent support to survive. This gathering will be in English & facilitated by Maureen, with a delicious meditation led by @totalliberationandanimism 🕯

Together, we will:

🍃Explore & affirm our bodies with care & tenderness.
🍃Practice yoga
🍃Reflect through discussion & journaling
🍃Learn more about how to support Alchemy Ecosystem (also known as Alchemy & Eco) and their fur family

Yoga can be practiced anywhere and everywhere. What to bring into the space:

🍃compassion & grace for the body you’re bringing into the space - you deserve it
🍃a device with clear visual & audio to facilitate access to the guided practice
🍃a phone or laptop stand if they offer additional support
🍃a mat, sturdy bed, or sofa (ideally with proper back support that provides enough space for your full body)
🍃a block, which has 3 different heights (or a thick book or two)
🍃pillows (at least one or two)
🍃water
🍃paper/notebook & writing tools
🍃a blanket (ideally easy to fold and move around)

All are welcome and, while this is a fundraiser, no one will be turned away for lack of funds. DM Maureen to RSVP.

white light warning starting slide 12 💡photos of my art in the dark and the same photos with a flashlight. if you can write image descriptions pls lmk.

everything was created by us (alchemy ecosystem) and has meaning/memories/intentions attached to them. I drew these awhile ago, my art and altars are my only external safety and representation of my internal home.

peep the busted up light switch that should’ve broke on slide 15 (ifykyk look at my past posts descriptions)

my love and creativity protects me in the constant unknown and I prefer it that way, out of the light. void to what’s visible and essential beyond the eye. shining only from the reflection of an occasional dim light.

we yearn for the safety to build a baseline so I can make art again and further explore sustainable multimedia as a necessary act of resistance, expression, and alchemy. I have so much passion, but so little access and resources to sustain it.

please check out my pinned posts to support my continued survival

Whats your favourite animal and why?

URGENT AID REQUEST.

Suwaibou and his siblings are in urgent need of funds to cover their rent and food, and are at risk of homelessness. He is the sole caretaker of his siblings, and he himself is suffering from a dangerous medical condition he needs treatment for.

They urgently need $130 for rent which is a priority, and more funds on top of that to cover food and medical costs.

PLEASE donate what you can if you are able to, and share to help boost the post to reach as many people as possible, repost, like, add to your story etc.
Suwaibou has asked for donations to be sent through Sendwave, as it’s the easiest for him to access (info on final slide), however all options are viable and accepted.

If you are able to collaborate on this post please comment below.
