A Retreat for runners during the race week, that’s what @sprintaretreats is about!
I loved the idea of having runners from all over the world connected in a Vila with a team of professionals to support the athletes before the Marathon with yoga sessions, breathwork, nutritionist, mental coach, all in an environment that promotes community rather than loneliness during this very important week of the journey of a running athlete. That’s so empowering!!🎇
In partnership with @moa.inmotion and @nordictigon this edition of the retreat was em Azenhas do Mar, and I had the pleasure of teaching yoga there! Hope you guys enjoyed! 😂🤗

**Soon the professional photos & videos will be shared!

If you always wanted to start yoga or keep postponing to come back to it, this is the moment ✨☺️ I’m opening some time slots for October and November, for private and small group classes.

And if you have a company and want to bring yoga/breathwork/mindfulness for your collaborators, let’s talk and find the best option for you.

DM me for more information:)

What inspired me to became an actress?
This question came from @itskemiverse today and I went back to when I was 9 years old and I had this magical sensation when I watched tv at home for the first time, I felt like I was living in another reality, it was so special that I decided in that moment that I wanted to be in that “little box” and bring the same magic and joy for other people… and so I did it! 🎬📽️🔥☺️

And you, what inspired you to do what you do?

People will tell you that by the age of 30 you’re already old… It’s VERY important that you don’t listen to them and keep believing and investing in yourself, YOU ARE already your best version, just keep showing up everyday for yourself, for what you believe, no matter what, and your dreams will become your reality when you’re not even expecting it!
Our mind responds to our body and the opposite too! 🥷💃💥
Keep dreaming high, building your community and finding joy in your life, and if you want a community focused on wellbeing, moviment and joy, join us on @moveandreset.eu for the next events to come in Lisbon!

I’m wearing the Women’s Velocity Core Romper from @nordictigon for complete confidence and mobility to execute all the movements that I want!
