Who has a Mental Sixpack here?
(Calculate your Score Link In Bio)

What A.I. can't tell you about this picture, because you cannot even tell yourself...

I've been invited to the @aihorizons.co
(literally mind-blowing)
by @vika.zhurbas and hosted by Dr. Ingmar Zanger of Sixt Lisbon.

When you see someone you know, you usually go like:
"Q: Hey good to see you, how are you? A: Fine"

....that default answer is probably the most common lie out there.

Could you tell from this picture who is mentally powerful or who carries mental baggage?

Research shows that concealment (hiding your emotions) is a common coping strategy, especially around work, status, and masculinity norms.
(Corrigan; Clement et al., 2015)

So if we are not able to tell how a person REALLY is,
would A.I. be able to tell our mental state according to this picture?
Let's ask Claude on this one.

Here the answer:

Claude: "I can't tell, and I'd be skeptical of anyone who claims they can from a photo like this.

What I can see is a posed group shot at an evening event,
with drinks in hand and everyone smiling.

The man on the left has a closed-mouth, slightly wry smile,
and the others look more openly delighted.

But a smile at a networking event mostly tells you about the social situation.
Posed photos are about the worst data source for inner states,
since people are performing
"HAPPY TO BE HERE" by default.

Someone with great mental strength and someone in a rough patch could look identical in this frame.

That's the illusion-of-transparency and suppression research in action."

Conclusion
Mental Power OR Mental Pain are HARD and sometimes impossible to see from the outside.
Someone might be wearing a really powerful mask for many years and doesn't even know how to put it down anymore.

Carl Jung called that the mask of the "persona".

And that mask can be really draining.

In order to get a good first picture of your true mental state in a simple way,
i wanted to have a simple scoring system,
that is measurable and not too complicated.

That's why i introduced the #MentalSixpack Score, that consists of evaluating 6 power points and 6 pain points.

Running day 🏃‍♀️✨

We loved seeing the community show up for the Hyundai Half Marathon and EDP 8K on Sunday, part of an incredible Lisbon Marathon weekend @edpmaratonalisboa 🤍

The cheers, the determination and the strangers rooting for each other reminded us how powerful it is to come together through movement.
Move & Reset and Now Society were there soaking up the energy, with 🎤 @alcioneweizmann catching the stories, laughs and feelings that made the day.

We’re bringing that same energy and more on November 21st with @moveandreset.eu and @nordictigon. A day of movement, mindfulness and recovery with space to reconnect with yourself and meet the community around you.

Show up for the movement, stay for the reset. ✨

A Retreat for runners during the race week, that’s what @sprintaretreats is about!
I loved the idea of having runners from all over the world connected in a Vila with a team of professionals to support the athletes before the Marathon with yoga sessions, breathwork, nutritionist, mental coach, all in an environment that promotes community rather than loneliness during this very important week of the journey of a running athlete. That’s so empowering!!🎇
In partnership with @moa.inmotion and @nordictigon this edition of the retreat was em Azenhas do Mar, and I had the pleasure of teaching yoga there! Hope you guys enjoyed! 😂🤗

**Soon the professional photos & videos will be shared!
