Recent branding & animations for a PI group in Chicago 🕵️‍♂️ 🔍 221B is named after Sherlock Holmes address on Baker St. I got really excited when this project hit my inbox and I was able to help refresh a heritage Private Investigator’s look and feel. Was a challenge to refrain from using imagery and classic tropes of the PI world. - Done in collaboration with Proper Work taken in Chicago, Illinois by @alcoven

Some seasonal work I did for @drinkspritzi last year! ❄️ Built a makeshift photo studio in my apartment, froze some cans and had some fun! Really enjoyed exploring light and texture and in the process gained more respect for all my photographer friends out there! taken in Chicago, Illinois by @alcoven

A few more shots from the art I made for @sohdarling - enjoyed playing with iconic shapes and working them into faux stitched patterning. I think the lips are my favorite from the expression 👄☺️ Was a challenge to limit all shapes made with the same stitch element size. Shirts can be purchased through @sohdarling taken in Chicago, Illinois by @alcoven

Excited to share branding for our friends at @unisunstudio. Love working on music and art related brands. Had a lot of fun playing with the word and how it’s almost an ambigram. It uniformly reads upside down and right-side up with a touch of motion. The new whatever.studio site is live! @by.whatever - https://whatever.studio Over the last year we’ve been rifling through folders and gathering our assets. Going through our last 6 years in business made us realize how lucky we are to have worked with such talented people across all digital mediums. We want to take this time to say thank you to all of our clients, friends and collaborators that made this possible. More work to come soon as well as updates to the site 😊 Photography: @leahwendzinski Development: @buena______suerte Development: @allanpooley.dev Copy: @goodsense.consulting . . . . . #graphicdesign #design #fonts #designstudio #webdesign #creative #art #typeposter #graphicdesigner #artwork #branding #logo #whatever #typography taken in Chicago, Illinois by @alcoven

A few more shots from the Ember project, including type specimen, and sauna wrap. 🔥 🪵 🧊 A mobile community sauna experience that travels around Michigan. This is a take on Swiss/Nordic inspired brand design. The system is used to create cohesion and a calm feeling across all brand deliverables.
