Stop waiting for your life to change. You are the one changing it. ⚡️

Every action you take, every word you speak, every breath you draw is shaping who you’re becoming, whether you’re aware of it or not.

You are the creator of your own reality. 🌑🔥☀️ taken in Miami Beach, Florida by @ale.rising

The fear isn’t the stop sign. It’s the doorway for expansion.
Every good thing in my life came after I chose to move anyway. After passing through the fear, there is expansion.

If everything feels uncomfortable right now, read this. 🐍

Once I read, “A soul who trusts the unknown pulls miracles from the air,” and it just reminded me to believe in the power we all have, to trust in the process, and to trust that the universe is always in our favor. What is meant to be, life/God/the universe will always bring it back to you or present it to you when you are ready for it.

It’s like a snake shedding her skin. She grows, and the old skin is bothersome, it itches and sometimes it might hurt, but the skin will not come off until she is ready to let go of the past and ready for new beginnings. Trust the process, it will always work out in your favor. #spirituality #yoga taken in Miami Beach, Florida by @ale.rising

The moment you decide, everything moves. ⚡

Not eventually. Not “when the timing’s right.”
The second you stop negotiating with yourself and actually decide, doors open faster than you were prepared for.

Your soul already knows the way. All that’s left is to follow the pull, and let yourself change, evolve, transform.

Which line are you sitting with today? 🕊️

Never quit trying, even if is raining, even if is hard, even if you don’t see results for a period of time. JUST KEEP TRYING. It would be the reminder of what we are capable of and the limitations are only the ones you put for yourself.

In Yoga, synchronicity is the alignment between of breath, movement, mind and intention. It bridges the internal world with the external and physical life.

The moment you’re synchronized with yourself, you’re synchronized with everyone around you. The external connection is just the internal one, made visible.

Thank you @annapadua for being synchronized with me in this life time ❤️ taken in Hanu Yoga Studio by @ale.rising

Life’s been chaotic lately. But he’s the reminder that happiness isn’t found in the big things, it’s in the small moments, in just being present.
