Behind every restored forest is a team of people working on the ground. From planting native trees to monitoring wildlife, conservation is a long-term effort sustained by people who return day after day, to do the work. In the Lower Kinabatangan floodplain, Hutan protects remaining natural forest and restores degraded areas to reconnect fragmented wildlife habitat. Our Reforestation Team raises, plants, maintains and monitors native trees, while our Wildlife Survey & Protection Team monitors how wildlife uses these areas, helping us understand how species respond as the forests recover. We are grateful to all the funding partners whose support makes Hutan’s reforestation and wildlife monitoring work possible. We also thank Marina Bay Sands for supporting members of our Reforestation Team and for commissioning this film. Our thanks also go to Studio Birthplace for bringing the story to life! - Production Company: @studiobirthplace Film Director/Writer/Editor: @jorikdozy Executive Producer: @alea89 Producer: @sarakzl_ Director of Photography: @jakub.chlouba 1st Assistant Camera: @chaewoon27 2nd Assistant Camera: @kiefer.yu Equipment Support: @2117_rentals Colourist: Jorik Dozy Music Composer: Elijah Siegler Sound Designer: Joe Wills Translations: Sarah Lois Dorai by @alea89

OUT NOW: Team Forest for @wwf! It’s rare to get the opportunity to combine the world’s biggest sport with our biggest love, nature. Football unites people across cultures and generations. With this campaign, we wanted to channel that spirit to the forests we all depend on, bringing people together through positivity and collective action to stand with nature. This film’s production was one massive challenge, combining the expertise of one of the best stunt teams in Asia with the beauty of its forests. Will you join our team? As you can imagine, staging an aerial football match in a rainforest canopy for @wwf presented a unique set of challenges that required an extraordinary team of people to solve. Just like the campaign itself, this project was built on collective action. Watch the full behind the scenes film of Team Forest now, and join us in celebrating the people, problem-solving and collective effort behind the campaign. Our heartfelt thanks to every crew member, collaborator and performer who made it possible. This one was truly a team effort. ⚽🌳 Go #TeamForest! Our team, Flowerpower, took on Relay of the Gods last week, and we are still not over it!!! We keep finding ourselves reliving the beautiful moments we shared with each other, with the other teams, and along a route that reminded us that every painful hill really does come with a view worth stopping for. We just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who made this experience what it was. Thank you to the @flowerboy.studio team and community for believing in us, especially when we weren’t sure we could believe in ourselves. 🚙 Our support crew @cliventisakh @xndarx Kian @kellda @angelakarinau_ for holding everything together behind the scenes. 👟 @orp_indonesia for the sleekest kit ⚡️ @kyndcommunity @hygo.co @jaanwater @doughboysbali @sinamonbali for keeping us nourished 📍 @continuum.athletics @indie.runner @beyond___running @relayofthegods for creating such a special route & journey 🏃🏽‍♂️And to all the teams who took part and ran it with us! OUT NOW: Oilympics - our new film for @Greenpeace and @greenpeace_ita! Our latest work sits at the heart of what we do, using our craft to ignite action for our planet. As a continuation of what we sparked with TotalPollution, Oilympics calls out how major sporting moments are being used to greenwash environmental destruction. ENI is using the Winter Olympics to distract from the destruction it causes. You can’t sponsor the Winter Games while fuelling their collapse. No winter. No Winter Games. Watch and share the film, and add your voice via @greenpeace’s bio. We’re honored to announce that Earth Defender has been nominated for Best Alternative Video UK at this year’s @ukmva . This nomination is both recognition and a chance for us to amplify further our urgent call: Every 48 hours an Earth Defender goes missing or is murdered while protecting Earth’s vanishing wilderness - our life support system. We’re proud to return to the UKMVAs with @novoamor , after Repeat Until Death was nominated in the same category back in 2019. For too long, the stories we’ve been told are used for profit, fueling fear and disconnection. We craft campaigns to awaken hearts and ignite change towards a just, healthy world. #RespectTheAmazon for @greenpeace is the latest chapter in that journey. From the jungles of West Kalimantan, Indonesia to the big screen at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood 🌿🎬 Today Earth Defender screens at @hollyshorts , in the legendary venue where the Oscars are held. It was a true privilege and honor to work so closely with the Sungai Utik community, and we’re deeply grateful to the incredible crew who spent a month living alongside them. Everyone’s dedication has brought this film to life. As we celebrate, we remember the message at the heart of this film. Earth Defenders are risking their lives to protect nature. We must protect the rights of our protectors. 🎙️🔈: original recording of traditional drums on location by @alea89
