TRYING ME by @mayflowerjammy @p_lo

I did this one a while ago and always meant to do a video for it. Really fun to work on and learned a ton! If you haven't listened to the full song go listen, it's such a banger and everyone went crazy!!

Jammy hit me up to do the intro as I was just coming back from my brother's grad and I was super excited for it. I threw this draft together as soon as I got back to make sure I was going in the right direction. The intention was definitely to re-record the lines and clean things up, but they ended up really liking this version just as it was. There's something messy and jagged about this draft that really fit the vibe, and it taught me that pursuing perfection can actually take away from the art (probably more so than not lmao).

The intro ended up not being included in the DSP release, but still proud of what we did here! Super grateful to Jammy for letting me be a part of this one.

‘bias wrecker’ is out now on all platforms! 🥀 i promise it’s a fun listen 🙂‍↕️🙏

an exciting song with a ton of attitude, and a lot different than the sounds i usually gravitate toward! it used to be my least favorite on the project but as vocal takes were slowly fixed and with @therealaaronallen on guitar and @jaggiemomo on drums, it became a favorite for sure! and as always, @defsharp brought the track to life with their incredible mixing and mastering / little production sprinkles. @maybeleif also directed a great visualizer to accompany this release and couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out! Whole team went crazyyyyy

@jaggiemomo on drums 🥁
