Still coming down from the adrenaline rush of last weekend in Tampa Bay. Such a special opportunity spent with special friends, old and new. Grateful to be able to have these experiences and share the good news while we do it🙌🏼 by @alecbushman

3 clowns, 2 years, dozens of re-writes, almost another whole record’s worth of unused songs, but we are finally here. So proud to be dropping @jakehinzeband debut full length record “Change of Pace” today with my best friends. I love these boys and the songs we have written together.

for what it’s worth,

everyone knows music is my passion. when i was young, i’d zone out dreaming about the day i could hear my own hands on a record and say, that’s me.

i spent three months in my little office, often late into the night while my newborn slept, recording, re-recording, overdubbing, triple tracking, crafting parts, and obsessing over so many details. it was the most creatively fulfilled i’ve ever felt, and i’ll cherish that time for the rest of my life.

jake, alec, you guys are my brothers. i’m incredibly grateful to make music with people i have a real connection with, especially at a time when so much art is becoming increasingly impersonal.

we called this project chance of pace and it feels so fitting. im proud we did it on our own. give it a listen, i think we have something special here and it was so much fun. out tomorrow, 10/1.

My 3 reasons - it’s been 6 months of non stop travel, work, obstacles, love and hurt - I’d walk through it all again 100000000x if it meant I could give you boys the life you deserve and make you proud to call me your dad.

I think about you, write to you, talk about you every single day. You’re always in my heart and I’m always in yours.

I love and miss you more than my soul can bear, Remy, Mikey and Franky💙 by @alecbushman

Sep. 4 2026 represented the 25th anniversary of System of a Down releasing one of the greatest records of all time in “Toxicity”. It was also the 30th anniversary of the birth of one of THE drummers of all time, @alhitspies.

Thank you to all who wished me a happy birthday, I am blessed by a large circle of loving friends and family and can’t wait to see what we can do with this alleged fully developed brain over the next decade 😍 by @alecbushman

Happy 3rd birthday to my angel on earth. If I try to list out the millions of ways I love you, I’ll just sob all over my phone Mikey boy. You have shown me that happiness can be a way of life every day, no matter what the day brings. You re-lit my path the day you were born. You are truly everything good in the world. I hope you feel and know how much I love you today and every day, sweet boy❤️❤️ by @alecbushman
