Had a chance to experience @kothufest this year, and the food was 🔥🔥🔥. The spices almost took me out a few times lol, but the flavour was 😮‍💨😮‍💨🤌🏾

Huge shoutout to @kitchenguerrilla 🫡

@jayz_cuisine had us asking for more with their mutton poutine 😮‍💨🤌🏾

@eggnsmash the burger was thick and flavourful. Tasted like a Big Mac but way better quality. Also had the mango drink and freshly pressed orange juice.

@dopesmoke_bbq with the birria taco 🌮 and smoked BBQ kothu brisket 🔥🔥 can’t say enough about the flavour and spice! Birria tacos are one of my weaknesses 😩

A Celebration of Matsu

In honour of the last days of Matsu, here’s a film shot during a dinner service, ft. Chefs @chef_davidbreeden , @rwmckinlay , and @chefwilliameick

The idea behind this was to approach it like a film scene, showing the intensity and fast-paced nature of service.
The whole Matsu team were incredible to capture.
