Concept of this week's class:
Cross body lead.

Cross body leads could be used as resting/smooth movement to start a dance or to end a dance by keeping the dance circular and dynamic.

Come dance with us every Thursday at 630p-730p for an hour of partnerwork Salsa On2 @majestyinmotion

This class was such a vibe! ✨
First there was one, and then there were many.
Concept of the week: Participation.
At first, being seen can be intimidating, but the secret is people WANT TO SEE YOU!
I see you, you see me; therefore, I exist.
We are all witnesses to each other’s lives.

One of the more internal lesson that dance teaches us is the ability to participate. It’s not about ‘showing off’ but about SHOWING UP!
Showing up for your community, your love ones, and yourself.
Thank you for everyone who came to class and dance with us.
See next Thursday for one hour of Salsa On2 Partner-work.
Check out @majestyinmotion app for the schedule and updates.
