For the 2nd day of #lego31daysofhalloween I made the Invisible Man!

The right balance of transparent parts was the real challenge. Sadly, there are no trans-clear arms yet, only trans-dark brown ones (but they're printed, expensive and wouldn't look right). I also considered using 2 trans-clear legs, but ultimately settled with just one.

The wrapped bandage is a common piece.
The head comes from Mr Pale (Ninjago's version of Invizable, the Ultra Agents version of the Invisible Man).
The torso comes from Detective Zane.
The legs come from the Film Noir detective, with Metamorpho's left leg (I removed the print with an electric eraser and rubbing alcohol, don't use acetone or it may turn opaque).

Tomorrow's post will be the Phantom of the Opera!

October 1st marks the beginning of the #lego31daysofhalloween : I'm posting one Halloween/horror/evil character every day until Halloween!

Today's post is Dracula, as he initially appears in Bram Stoker's novel.
The hair piece comes from a goblin from Gringott's.
The head comes from Ra's al Ghul. This hair/head combo was so expensive to get 😭
The torso and legs come from Grindelwald, I just wanted something that looked slightly aristocratic.

Do you like this take? Another vampire is coming later this month!
Come back tomorrow for another "classic" monster, the Invisible Man!

Today's post is Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games trilogy. I tried my best to mix her book description with her movie looks.

And that concludes this set of 3 characters from post apocalyptic dystopias! One from a movie based on a web-series, one from a series based on a video game, and one from a movie series based on a book series.

The hair piece comes from Joanna (Friends).
The head comes from Tala Durith (Obi-Wan Kenobi).
The torso comes from Yasmina Fadoula (Camp Cretaceous), with arms from the Spooky Boy and medium tan hands..
The legs come from Black Widow (2020), the bow comes from Hawkeye.

Coming up next: Halloween minifigures.

Today's post is a vault dweller from the Fallout universe!

This minifig is loosely based on Lucy MacLean from the series.

The hair piece comes from Naomi (Friends) or Qi'ra (Solo).
The head comes from several figs, including Rosie (LotR).
The torso comes from Thanos (microfighter), with arms from the 2006 Besoin guard and light nougat hands.
The legs come from the CMF Falconer, with printing removed.
The pip-boy was made using a bracket and a common printed tile.

Next post will also be from a futuristic dystopia! This time, coming from a book (and movie franchise).

Today's post is the Visitor from the Future!
The titular character from a 2009 french web series and its subsequent 2022 film. Initially conceived as a short format with minimal budget, it has grown into a small franchise spanning comics, a novel, a manga and culminating in an ambitious movie. Give it a watch!

The hair comes from the CMF Secret Agent, with regular goggles.
The face comes from Star-Lord.
The torso comes from Mad-eye Moody (HP CMF), with arms and legs from Knightmare Batman.

Next post will also be a from a dystopian universe!

Here's the second part of the pirate crew for @wearrrfamily !
Swipe to see a bit of the lore associated with each minifig.
My next posts will be about dystopian, post-apocalyptic futures, from 3 separate franchises.

The governor's daughter has always longed for a life only piracy could offer. But will she be ready for adventure when it knocks at her door?

The quartermaster may be a grumpy old fellow, but he used to work for the Grand Army of the Republic. It's a big galaxy, and he knows that some mysteries are better left unsolved.

The Jawa is the lone survivor of a tragedy. They left their sandcrawler and found their new purpose in this Cyborg, after saving her life. The duo is now inseparable.

This second cyborg's many alterations are intentional. He has replaced most of his body with superior parts; being more machine than man is seen as a big compliment by the Mods.

People are often weirded out by the shaman's mysticism, but her antics still seem to influence the crew's luck. Who knows what the true extent of her power might be? by @alerionbricks

Here's the second part, my take on an Imperial Remnant/early First Order officer.
The hat can be found on a lot of imperial officers.
The head comes from the Rogue One battle pack.
The torso comes from the First Order lieutenant, from the FO TIE. Other FO officers have a pearl dark gray torso, this one bridges the gap between the Empire and First Order.
The dual-molded legs are a no-brainer, and a black cape finishes the look. I made this minifig well before the Imperial Remnant were mentioned in the Mandoverse, and it's crazy how many of them do indeed wear a cape.

Today's post is my take on a New Republic pilot!
There has to be some missing link between Rebel X-Wing pilots and Resistance pilots.

I made this fig a while ago, when the pilot Luke keychain was released, and it ended up being quite similar to what we got in the Mandoverse (albeit in blue).

The helmet is a common rebel helmet.
The head comes from the cloud car pilot.
The torso and hips come from Poe Dameron (Resistance), while the hands and legs are from the pilot Luke keychain.

Stay tuned for my take on an early First Order / Imperial Remnant officer!

Today's post is a crew of space pirates for @wearrrfamily !
Swipe to see a bit of the lore I came up with.
A second post with the rest of the crew is coming soon!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
#legostarwars #puristcustom #wearrrfamily #pirate
The captain (right) and his first mate (left) are partners in life and in crime. Trust is a rare and valuable currency in the underworld; by relying on one another, they have built a highly profitable enterprise.
Every crew needs muscle. Klatooinians aren't rare among criminal organizations, and the sight of a repurposed Droideka is often enough for even the bravest guards to give up the fight.
Coming from a wealthy family did not stop this Iktotchi from pursuing a life of crime. On the contrary, this Togruta is desperate to find herself a place in this big galaxy. They share ideals of justice and freedom, and did not expect to get along despite all their differences.
A lot of pirates enjoy the companionship and the ability to make their own rules among a crew. Cyborgs and aliens also appreciate being seen for who they are, when Republics and Empires tend to push against everyone who deviates from their norms. by @alerionbricks
Today's post is a Clone Assassin, from the original Revenge of the Sith video game!
These specialized troopers are sent to protect the Jedi Temple beacon. I'm unsure about their canonicity.
The helmet comes from Neyo.
The head is either a black head or a clone head.
The purple shoulder pads come from the White Bone Demon (Monkie Kid).
The torso and legs come from Mace Windu's 187th Legion Commander (or airborne trooper).
The yellow belt comes from Batman (The Lego Batman Movie).
The light bluish gray kama comes from the OG 212th airborne trooper.
The blades are from Ninjago and Nexo Knights (or the praetorian guard's spear).
Next post is going to be a bunch of pirates.
Today's post is my last entry for the Imperial Design Bureau contest by @fjj_customs @rhubarb_motel a d @farawaybricks
This Imperial Remnant team is not here to save the Empire. They are here to avenge it. From operation Cinder to Shakari, they are ready to assemble against the New Republic.
Swipe to see more info about each trooper (and very subtle easter eggs).
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

#imperialdesignbureau #legostarwars #puristcustom #crossover

The Stark Trooper has no mercy. He's the iron hand of the Imperial Remnant. Within a heavily reinforced armor made from several specialized parts, including a jetpack and a mysterious prototype, he can withstand extreme conditions and attack with anything from missiles to flame throwers.
The mere sight of his helmet marks certain doom for the Empire's enemies.

This former general survived the crash of his walker. Now armed with an executioner's axe, he fancies himself the "Lord of Thunder", whatever that means.

A Captain always protect their troops. This one is proud to wear a deflector shield on the front lines.

An experimental program gave this trooper the strength of a Rancor. Seemingly unstoppable, he's always angry.

Scarred by years of conflict, the sniper is fighting his own demons. Blasters are too inaccurate for his enhanced mind; although energy bows are usually considered primitive technology, it is deadlier than a repeating blaster.

Known only as "The Widow", this intelligence officer has devoted her life to the Empire's mission. From Operation Cinder to the battle of Jakku, her feats have eclipsed those of many a Moff. by @alerionbricks

Today's post is Ben Kenobi, inspired by the Mythos statue by @sideshow
This statue inspired Obi-Wan's look at the end of the series. Sideshow made several versions of this statue (Ben, Obi-Wan, Signature Obi-Wan...), here's my version.
The accessories are an alternate head, a hood with goggles, a training remote, a backpack holding Obi-Wan's Clone Wars armor and a Cycler rifle, macrobinoculars, a Gaffi stick, and Obi-Wan's lightsaber - alongside Anakin and Qui-Gon's.

The hair comes from Ron Weasley (CMF).
The head comes from Mustafar Obi-Wan.
The cape uses Boba Fett and Cave Batman's capes.
The torso and legs come from Old Ben, with tan arms and dark brown hands.

Let me know if you would like to see more of these!
