On Jan 31st I decided to do my own personal 30 day challenge. I wanted to get back in the gym and get closer to God. So I decided to Go the gym and/or do cardio everyday, eat clean, read the Bible and pray everyday for 30 days. I started on Feb3 and finished up this week. Made up my mind and stuck to it 100%. With a few cheat meals lol I started a page to help keep me accountable. Feel free to follow @gym_n_jesus_ for a little fitness, Jesus and motivation. No real goal weight or “look” im aiming for. I just want to make health and fitness a part of my lifestyle from now on and maybe, motivate and encourage others like so many have done for me. Congrats to my bro and sister-n-law!!!!! Cant wait to meet my 6th little nephew!!!! He is already loved so much.
