I could drop some fire quote about locking in and getting rich, but I haven’t made it yet so why believe me? But just know I haven’t had a hair cut in 2 months because I haven’t been able to fit it in my schedule. I don’t mind the length though, kinda look like prime Leonardo Di Caprio with a hint of aspergers by @alex.diraco

3 Month Transformation 🙌🏻
Unbelievable @alex.diraco

Came in lacking accountability, structure and direction.
3 months in clear path forward, habits locked down and consistently progressing.

We were diligent with tracking his calories throughout.
Also managed to hit a new bench PB of 85kg!

Can’t say enough great things about this man. Always has a great attitude coming into the gym.
He wants to learn, push hard and always do more.
Love your work Alex🥰

Farewell 2025. (Take 2) as I was saying, I could list some things I’m grateful for and goals I hit, but no one actually cares, nor should you. The sooner you realise that no one actually gives a fuck about your life the sooner the world is your oyster. BE KIND, BE GRATEFUL, BE YOURSELF AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, HUG YOUR MUMMA ❤️ by @alex.diraco
