All of these transformations have a similarity, there was a date on the calendar to lock in for!

3 Month Transformation 🙌🏻
Unbelievable @alex.diraco

Came in lacking accountability, structure and direction.
3 months in clear path forward, habits locked down and consistently progressing.

We were diligent with tracking his calories throughout.
Also managed to hit a new bench PB of 85kg!

Can’t say enough great things about this man. Always has a great attitude coming into the gym.
He wants to learn, push hard and always do more.
Love your work Alex🥰

Now we eat in a surplus and gain some serious size 🦍

Great work @alex.diraco 🤞

Most people fail because they go too extreme too quickly and make it impossible to sustain. You don’t need to cut everything out forever to make progress, you need a balanced approach you can actually stick to.
This is exactly what allows real, long-term results to happen.
Having a smart game plan for times where things aren’t perfect, is where you win long term.
(And not beating yourself up for having an imperfect few days).

If you lack muscle in a certain area, it can be hard to feel the muscle and know how and if you’re training it.

Knowing the function of that muscle and how it moves your skeleton through space will always be your best bet to ensure you’re training it.
This will often require specific cues when executing movements so that other muscles don’t take over.
