This ‘Something to Thing About’ video is a little heavier than usual.

My intention isn’t to have all the answers or to speak on behalf of everyone’s experience. It’s simply to open a conversation that I believe we need to have more often with compassion, honesty, and without judgment.

If this topic feels personal to you, I hope you know you don’t have to carry it alone. Reaching out to someone you trust, a mental health professional, or a crisis service can be an important first step. You deserve support, and you deserve to be heard.

And if you’re someone watching this who has a friend, family member, or loved one struggling, maybe the greatest gift you can offer isn’t having the perfect words, it’s creating a space where they feel safe enough to tell you the truth.

Take care of yourselves, and take care of each other. 🤍 by @alex.lackey
