stride blocks ep. 1 🫡

let’s bring this back!!!

i started this series because too many runners skip the little things - the drills, the prep, the strength work that actually makes the miles feel smoother

this is my way of making it simple. quick. no fluff. just the building blocks that make you stronger, faster, and more durable.

first up: single-leg pogos 🦵✨

this one’s all about that spring. building elastic power. improving your toe-off. basically, giving your stride some extra ✨pop✨

light + quick contacts. 3 rounds. 15 seconds each side. easy plug-in before or after your runs.

the work before the work matters.

let’s run it!

#strideblocks #runningtips #strengthforrunners #runstrong #nycmarathonprep runnersofinstagram anklestrength runningform warmup coaching

looking for more personal guidance? 1:1 coaching with Coach Hallie is available and as well as group classes at Movement Society. link is in our bio for both! let’s get stronger together :)
