I’m thrilled to be part of this amazing cause, supporting, advocating and empowering amputees. As an activist, it’s heartwening to see people come together to make a difference.

Thank you @policeug for championing and making sure the roads are safe. Thank you Uganda ministry of transport. In Uganda, approximately 13.2% of the population (5.5 million people) live with disabilities, with road accidents being a leading cause of limb loss. In fact, Uganda loses an average of 14 lives daily to road crashes, leaving many injured or disabled. Trauma-related amputations account for 15-20% of all amputations, with 70% of trauma cases resulting from motor vehicle accidents.

Let’s pedal, run, and walk together for a cause! 💪 Every step, every ride, and every stride counts. Let’s support amputees and advocate for safer roads and better rehabilitation services.

Today was flag off. In the morning we hit the road!
