What a week! 💙 We are SO happy to see so many of you showing up, getting active, trying new things, and enjoying our programs! Seeing our community come together, laugh, move, connect, and have FUN is exactly what it’s all about.

And then… I took a deep dive into ChatGPT! 😂🤖

I had WAY too much fun turning some of our event photos into fun, colorful anime-style creations. Let’s just say our wellness crew has officially entered the anime universe!

Swipe through and check out some of the fun transformations! And thank you to everyone who participated this past week, you make our programs what they are. ❤️

Here’s to movement, connection, laughter, and a little AI magic along the way!

Drift into deep relaxation at one or all of our Monthly Floating Sound Bath Experiences - a unique, restorative journey for both body and mind.

As you gently float, soothing sound vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments wash over you, guiding your nervous system into a state of calm and balance. The water supports your body effortlessly, allowing tension to melt away while sound waves promote deep relaxation, improved sleep, and emotional clarity.

This immersive experience is designed to help you unplug from daily stress, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed. No experience is necessary, just come as you are and allow yourself to be fully supported. 🌸

Perfect for anyone seeking stress relief, mindful self-care, and a peaceful reset. Register through the link in our bio
