POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

A month ago today, myself and my family said goodbye to our best friend, my mother debbie, words i never thought would have to say

My mam was the best, strongest person i ever knew and will ever know. Everyone who met her loved her and she loved everyone. I miss you more and more everyday and it pains me even more to admit i’ll never have the chance to talk to you again. You always knew what to do if i was sad, everything could have been fixed

i’ll miss our cinema trips, coming out each time and saying alex why would you bring me to that because i dragged her to every A24 horror but she loved it. We loved going to see a musical. We did not get a chance to watch cabaret together in person but i know you’ll be sitting in the seat beside me with popcorn in your hand and a coke zero in the other

The funniest, sweetest woman, I’ve never seen so many people all in that church there for you, i don’t think you even realised the impact you had on everyone. Everyone loved you

I sang “Bridge Over Troubled Water” at your funeral, the first song you ever heard me sing and i could feel you beside me that entire time. I don’t know how i got through it, delivering the eulogy as well but i just know you were standing with me

I still feel you everywhere and around me from the moment i wake up to when i close my eyes at night, your not gone, you haven’t left

There are honestly no more words other than im so proud to call you my mam forever and ever till i get the chance to see you again

heartbroken beyond belief
