What a fun show to be a part of. Huge shoutout to all the cast, crew, and everyone involved in making this production so special. It was a truly pleasure to be part of it, and I’ve learned so much throughout the rehearsal process🫶🏻🫶🏻

To my fellow 4th years, thank you for sharing the stage, the memories, and the last four years with me. It’s been such an amazing ride and I’ll never forget everything we’ve been through together🥺🤍

And to Marcy Park, thanks for reminding me that just being happy is enough✨🏆📚🎉

The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee 🐝 27-29.05.26 ACD

Olive Ostrovski (Maria Gancheva) came home to an empty house (graduated college), an uncertain future (self explanatory) and a well worn dictionary (a lot of knowledge learned from a lot of brilliant people) - but a strange conviction that she will be able to face all three.

Thank you to everyone that came to see our Bee and everyone that helped make it come to life. My Olive-shaped heart goes out to each and every one of you.
It was a very nice, very nice, very very very nice, very nice beginning 💛

As the curtain falls on this year’s end‑of‑year musical at the dlr Mill Theatre, we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make this production an extraordinary journey for the ACD Musical Theatre students.

As Producer of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, I wish to express my sincere appreciation to our outstanding Creative and Production Team: Director Tony Finnegan, Musical Director Conor McCarthy, Choreographer Emer Haughton, Stage and Production Manager Danny Nolan, Lighting Designer Colm Eaton, Sound Designers Terry Heron and Doreen Meehan, Wardrobe Co‑ordinator Andrew Reddy, Set Supplier Andrew McKnight, and to colleagues Noel Lennon and Anthony Norton for assisting the director and I with auditioning and casting process of this heart‑warming musical comedy.

A special thank you to our wonderful musicians — Conor McCarthy, Dave McGauran, Pat FitzPatrick, and Nicky Bailey — whose artistry brought the score to life.

To our fabulous cast — Dragos Marita‑Pantilie, Maria Gancheva, Alex Rowan, Paul Michael Rimmer, JJ Khantikul, Ginna Taboada, Maria Nowacka, Caitlin Whelan, Conor Jordan, Alice Reynolds, Ella Donnelly, Saoirse Murphy, and Annika Haas — your talent, dedication, and spirit lit up the stage.

We also acknowledge the commitment of the ACD Musical Theatre students who supported this production behind the scenes: Assistant to the Director Julka Slifirska, Dance Captain and Social Media Creator Ciara Louise Brown, Assistant Wardrobe Co‑ordinator Sekka Sawada, and Props Co‑ordinators Katie Lennon and Laura Campilongo.

Our sincere thanks, as always, to the staff of the dlr Mill Theatre for their warm welcome and continued support. And finally, to the audiences who joined us and cheered on this fast‑paced, laugh‑out‑loud musical — thank you for celebrating this joyful production with us.
We wish our Fourth Year Musical Theatre students every success as they leave the American College Dublin nest. Their talent and hard work have prepared them well, and we look forward to seeing them join our growing community of alumni making their mark on the international musical theatre stage.
