@sorinex_squatober Season Twelve Recap Got bigger, got stronger @liftinheavyeatinthick More detail on body comp changes and PRs in this ☝🏼 video. It’s been a great month with tremendous strength fellowship, especially on PR day. Thank you to my training partners near and far for your consistency and accountability all month! Thank you @aaron_ausmus @penandpaperstrengthapp for the programming! Best Squatober to date! Even hit a Lifetime Upper Body Squat aka Bench Press PR! Thank you @sorinex for enabling us to get strong over lunch. Some sell it, others actually live it. Hope everyone had a good time and learned a little, or a lot, about training, their bodies, life...I know I continue to learn with every training session. Comment with questions etc. on this video, training, or whatever else you’re curious about! On to getting WinterStrong with @driddy and @m_stronger #squatober #strength #power aslfm by @alexander_borgs

Chicken Noodle Soup for the Shoulders… Following up on @sorinex_squatober @penandpaperstrengthapp blessing us with some lower volume and load after back-to-back pressure cookers this week. Using alternate barbells like a @sorinex Ox Bar or Safety Squat Bar can help alleviate some shoulder aches as your chasing squat PRs. If not for this Squatober, maybe the next 😉 Tip of the hat to my man @zevenesh @undergroundstrengthgym who never trains with a straight bar anymore to save his shoulders! Have a weekend 🤙🏼 by @alexander_borgs
A little change up this fine Friday. First…as per usual, 45 min in solitude and quietude on the recliner. Eyes closed, coffee at the ready. Let all the thoughts wander. Introspect. Then, @sorinex_squatober Day 23, slightly modified out of necessity. One more week. Make good decisions this weekend. #aslfm by @alexander_borgs
Ask, and you shall receive. Talked about #strengthfellowship yesterday and it happened sooner than expected. Thank you @driddy and @ztremblay11 for sharing your lunch with me! We ATE!! Shoutout to @kaceus86 for the camera skills and capturing the Legendary Three Muscleteers. “All for one, and one for all, United we SQUAT. Not Squattin’, stay small.” Pretty sure that’s how that goes. On to the next one. Minimum Effective Dose…sound familiar? #aslfm #boscobrotherhood by @alexander_borgs

Follower Question: Minimal Effective Dose of Training Some questions require a little deeper dive into the nuances to answer them properly. Thanks for asking questions and an opportunity to share my perspective! I hope it‘s interesting, helpful, or perhaps you have questions, comments, or maybe you disagree. Please feel free to share it all! Here the research I alluded to: “Maintaining Physical Performance: The Minimal Dose of Exercise Needed to Preserve Endurance and Strength Over Time” - Spiering et al. Interspersed a house & garage clean up with a @bobonacci arm farm special today, fueled by @bobseger and @naturallightbeer The guy at the gas station said: “I bet that 12-Pack of Natty Light is just the warm up” … y’already know #gasstationready #headonaswivel #physicallycultured but enjoying a coldie and some #oldtimerocknroll Time for Brats and Mashed Taters, @sorinex_squatober is around the bend. by @alexander_borgs

Things to do on the @sorinex X-Factor Part 2 - Yielding Isometrics A lot of sport and life is external forces acting on us, trying to push and pull us in all directions. Are we complying or are we demanding compliance and controlling the narrative?! The choice is yours. The loads of life get lighter as you get stronger. Literally. #holdtheline by @alexander_borgs
Zercher RDL + Iso Neck Extension TUTORIAL Sorry for the poor angle on the previous post. In response to some requests on how to get setup for this, I made this clip.
