I married my best friend. 🥹 11.1.24

Looking back on my life I’m happy with all the decisions I’ve made because they led me to my wife. I have this deep appreciation for the universe in aligning our existence.

Our wedding day was a profound experience filled with so much love, joy, and a sea filled tears. I have so many favorite moments from our wedding, to name a few moments: Our eyes were locked into each other during our ceremony, it felt like just the two of us were there. To see our dog, Sage, enjoy his little life meeting all of our friends and family. I am obsessed with our flowers (my wife’s idea) and I will always think about how beautiful they were. To say ‘I Do’ and to hear ‘I Do’ was such a euphoric feeling. The fact we celebrated on Dia De Los Muertos! Lastly, to see all of our loved ones we haven’t seen in years. Thank you for joining us.

I feel so alive. My mind, body, and heart are filled with pure bliss.

Crushed by an ancient civilization and Wall Street in the same week. 🪫

I feel proud of the range of photographs I collected from this experience. There were moments when I was in a complete flow state, and everything made sense. I actually impressed myself for once.

I give credit to Sergio for pointing out the Tesla crushed by the stone head. It’s a rare fine.

Our friend caught feelings, so we caught a flight. 🎈

día de los muertos has such a special place in our lives & even more now after saying I do just one year ago. this year has taught me so much, my relationship with god, the universe, & our ancestors has only grown the more I aligned myself with the present moment of being. I’ve learned to embrace sacredness with curiosity, with courage, and compassion for myself & for others.

We create the sacredness in our love, our life, & in our everyday choices, even with the people we surround ourselves with.

This dia de los muertos remember that:
Grief only visits where love lives. We cannot have one without knowing the other. and while every special moment gets slightly clouded with that little feeling of missing our loved ones no longer here with us, we’re so thankful and grateful to have beautiful family + friends who’ve embraced us in their lives & offer us support and companionship. Time moves fast, but when moments are still, know I hold each of you in my heart, inspiring me to show up as a better woman, partner, friend, mentor, ally, advocate, soul ✨
