I'm late to the party and finally got around to posting this. @logoarchive.now features designers and their work, and here is my submission. It's been fun to see my peers' posts for some time now. I’ve had the chance to work with brands all around the world, but some of my favorite marks continue to come from right here in my own city and region — including the ones featured in this post. Logos were the thing that kicked off my career, and they’re still one of my favorite parts of design: finding simple, lasting solutions that help brands communicate who they are at a glance. Friday was a big day for Toledo as all of Downtown’s most dynamic event leaders announced an unprecedented partnership for 2026 and beyond. In the spirit of the Parties in the Park and Rally by the Rivers of old Glass City legends, Toledo’s biggest players came together and committed to start making the civic summers of our dreams a very tangible modern reality. And we here at @techledo could not have been any prouder to be included in this concerted reactivation of the Maumee River waterfront and our beloved NEW @glasscityriverwalk. Starting at the fabulous @huronyards on St. Patrick’s Day and continuing until the Fall season says “that’s enough,” ALL of the major events in @downtowntoledo and across the river on East Toledo’s waterfront will be collaboratively supporting one another to make this summer (and those to come) the kind of summers our kids will fondly remember like we once did. In the spirit of the synergy that our girl @cheryldillin shared along with Toledo’s leaders, we have some announcements to make ourselves today along with the launch of our @techledo branding by famed Toledo designer @alexdartt. It’s taken a village to get us to this point and our village keeps on saying the same thing. We’ve really got something here with @techledo and we can’t wait to bring it to our people. Today we bring you our DJ lineup for this year’s festival at The Ribbon. And we’re over the moon to announce our headliner, DJ Heather from Chicago! Along with the @detroittechnomilitia and few handfuls of our friends from Detroit, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Nashville, and Toledo, we’re bringing our people 16 new DJs on 3 different stages! From Dennis, Darlene, Kristen, and myself, we’d like to invite you all to join us on Saturday June 13th for #TECHLEDO2026. Still free. Still fabulous. And ready to make your Spirits Move. Locked in and right on target 🎯 @hunt_full_draw For Full Draw Hunting, I built a brand that doesn’t miss. The icon pulls together the F + D with a compound bow, creating a mark that’s always at full draw and ready to fly. From logo to apparel, every detail was aimed to hit hard in the field and look just as sharp off it. This project was a real Dartt to the bullseye - clean, tough, and built for hunters who know patience, precision, and timing matter. Proud to show how the identity carries straight through to the gear itself. 🏹 Playing with some new branding pushing my last name and company name a bit further on the last slide. I recently spent time recreating and studying the original Franklin Park Mall logo, a Toledo landmark that opened in 1971. By digging into the pixels, letterforms, and proportions, I found myself thinking about the architectural styling that informed the brand at the time and how both the mall and its identity evolved through the decades to what we know today. These marks were not just decorative. They were rooted in place, era, and intention. Projects like this matter to me. They are a reminder that strong design comes from understanding history, context, and craft, not just trends. Toledo has a rich visual and industrial legacy, and honoring that while pushing brands forward is something I take seriously. This same level of care, research, and passion is what I bring to every client I work with, whether it is a long standing local business or something brand new.
