Voilà pourquoi on devient très vite addict à la méthode.

Plus qu’un entraînement physique la méthode Lagree te rendra plus fort(e) aussi bien physiquement que mentalement. Cette connexion « Mind body » et cet état de pleine conscience c’est l’une des raison qui te fait te sentir plus fort(e), plus tonique à la fin de la séance mais aussi qui t’apporte cet état de plénitude.

Lagree Summit 2026
2 jours intenses mais tellement enrichissants !
Rencontrer des trainer incroyables, avoir la chance d’assister aux cours de @sebastien.lagree & @lagreefitbyheather , partager de beaux moments et créer de magnifiques souvenirs avec les amis @maggieobrienfitness , @chipmanlagree faire de belles nouvelles rencontres @ilonavisan , @lagreewithbren et retrouver @foulmouthedfit qui m’a certifié il y a 5 ans déjà.
Tous réunis autour d’une même passion, cette méthode qui nous fait vibrer ( dans tous les sens du terme !)

Full caption: “I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to complete part of my Level 2 training with Michael, both online and in person. It was such an inspiring, enriching and motivating experience.

Michael is an amazing coach and instructor, with such a great way of teaching and sharing his knowledge. Learning from one of the best Master Trainers is truly a privilege.

What I loved most about the Level 2 modules was how interactive they were. We didn’t just learn new movements—we practised, created and taught sequences, exchanged ideas and received feedback throughout the sessions. It made the whole learning experience so engaging and stimulating.

Level 2 really opens up a whole new dimension of the Lagree method and completely changes the way you approach your teaching. I absolutely loved spending these few days in London with Michael and the other coaches. It was such a valuable experience, and somehow it made me love the Lagree method even more… if that’s even possible!

Hyrox World Championships Stockholm 2026 🇸🇪

1er championnat du monde en tant que participante, une super ambiance, 4 jours de course dans l’arena à voir les Elites, à encourager les copains, à voir des centaines de personnes se dépasser et repousser leurs limites. C’était beau, c’était incroyable, je n’aurais jamais pensé me retrouver là un jour parmi tous ces athlètes.
Une course difficile car j’avais les jambes complètement cuites mais je me suis accroché à @seb_barreaud , j’ai relancé jusqu’à l’arrivée aux WB et j’ai savouré cette arrivée 💕
Je suis très contente de notre course, j’ai donné tout ce que j’avais ce jour là donc aucun regret.
Merci à tous pour les encouragements, les photos, les vidéos, le soutien et les beaux moments passés ensemble.
Merci @pierre_glacon pour m’avoir fait progresser cette année 🔥
Maintenant objectif : se qualifier pour l’année prochaine 😉

▪️ Marathon de NY ▪️

Merci NY pour toute cette énergie que tu donnes à chaque instant. Courir un marathon, vivre ces 42km cela reste un sentiment particulier.
Bravo à ma belle @alexia___bb qui vient de terminer son premier marathon. On y allait pour le plaisir sans objectif de temps et tu peux être fier de ce que tu as réalisé. 3h57 sans aucun moment de fatigue.

C’etait mon 17ème marathon et que tu le cours pour toi ou en mode pacer ça reste un moment magique, puissant.

HYROX PARIS 🔥
Solo open, cette course n’était pas prévu au programme mais après la déception de Rome j’ai repris une place pour essayer de passer sous les 1h15 et cette fois ça passe, - 1min 27 sur le chrono !!
Je suis tellement contente, c’était une course intense, avec un run long mais j’ai rien lâché, station après station j’ai tout donné j’ai relancé et persévéré.

HYROX ROME 🇮🇹

1ere course de la saison, j’étais venu pour exploser le temps que j’avais fait sur Paris Grand Palais : 1h15’22 et finalement je termine en 1h15’13. Forcément déçu de ma perf, pourtant une belle amélioration sur le run mais beaucoup de contre perf sur les stations.
J’ai eu du mal à trouver mon rythme sur cette course et j’ai complètement craqué sur les WB ( et pourtant je partais sans appréhension pour une fois!)
Il reste plus qu’à faire mieux sur la prochaine!!
