My second time on a NPC stage and came in 1st for Novice Class D and 1st Open Class G for Women’s Bikini. I am over the moon to have competed for Open Overall with four incredible other women. The NPC Beach Bash was an amazing experience and fuels me for what’s next in 2027. My coach and I have set big goals for the next several years and I couldn’t be more excited.

I love the sport of bodybuilding. It is SO misunderstood in the southeast. Contrary to what some believe, I am setting an incredible experience for my 6 year old daughter of strength, resilience, confidence, and ambition look like. Most importantly, pointing every win back to Jesus. Without Him I am nothing. This sport makes me a better mother, friend, and leader.

I hope everyone watching my transformation journey feels inspired to chase more things that set your soul on fire. 🔥 LET’S GO!

If I’m being honest I still pick scabs at old wounds because it’s familiar. It reopens the pain from doors I’ve slammed shut 1,000 times. And every time my Father is waiting with a first aid kit. These scars we carry are years old and will still have us looking back, frozen in time, wishing for a different outcome. It is misplaced hope until we redirect our eyes towards Jesus.

Surrendering to Jesus often means making big moves we may not fully understand yet. Big sacrifices, big adjustments, and big obedience. Watch the full episode on my YouTube channel - link in bio

Everytime I think I’ve reached my capacity, God keeps giving me opportunities to expand. If He’s given you what you asked for, pray for the wisdom to keep it. 🙏🏻
