If you’ve never done a prep, this post is going to make you worry about us.

If you have, you already know every single one of these is real.

Weighing your chicken at Texas Roadhouse while the waiter watches. Watching someone make lasagna on YouTube at 12:30 at night like it’s a Netflix series. Being mad at a Tuesday weigh-in because of a Saturday refeed.

I went through all of it on the way to my pro card, and I’ve walked 100+ athletes through it since. Different bodies, different divisions, same breakdown over a cup of rice.

None of this means you’re crazy. It means you’re locked into something most people will never understand. Prep is weird. That’s part of why it works.

Which one hit too close to home? Drop the slide number below.

And send this to the person you’d text from the treadmill at 5AM.

They need to know they’re not alone.

APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!!!

The BBB Birthday Scholarship. $20,000 in Body By Bart coaching.

Two full rides: one lifestyle client, one competitor, six months each, fully covered.

I’ve never given away this much. I’ve also never been more sure about why.

Three years of coaching taught me that the people who need help the most are usually the ones who talk themselves out of asking for it. Money. Timing. Not feeling ready. Not feeling worth it. I’ve heard every version and I’ve watched people stay stuck for years over it.

This week that excuse is gone.

The application takes 3-5 minutes. It closes Sunday at 11:59 PM. Winners announced live Monday at 8 AM.

Apply before Friday at midnight and you get a free 20-minute strategy call with me next week, win or lose.

$20,000 in coaching. Given away. Tomorrow at 8 AM.

Body By Bart turns three this week. Three years, 360+ clients, 100+ preps, and I’ve never given away anything close to this.

Here’s exactly what happens:
7 AM Thursday: early access list gets the application link by text.
8 AM Thursday: link goes public.
Sunday 11:59 PM: applications close. No extensions.
Monday 8 AM: Winners announced Monday 8AM on Instagram

The application takes 3 to 5 minutes. It asks about your goals, your history, and why you. Be honest. You’re going to make picking two of you the hardest thing I do all year.

If you’ve been on the fence for a year, this is the fence coming down.

👉🏻 Comment/DM “BIRTHDAY” below for the early access link

Who the BBB Birthday $20,000 Scholarship is for.

Two full rides. One lifestyle client, one competitor. Six months each, fully covered.

Swipe for the honest breakdown of who I’m looking for and who I’m not.

Lifestyle side: you know what to do. You cannot make yourself do it alone. You’ve paid for programs and apps and a gym you don’t walk into, and none of it came with a person who checks on you.

Competitor side: you’ve prepped with a PDF and a coach who vanished. You’ve bombed a peak week. You’ve rebounded after a show and swore next time would be different. You need someone who has done 100+ preps and picks up the phone.

Not for: anyone who wants free and won’t do the work, anyone hunting a discount and nothing else, anyone who won’t show up to the call if they win.

Applications open Thursday morning.

Comment/DM me “BIRTHDAY” and I’ll send you the link an hour before it goes public.
