Shout out to my brother for dressing up as my Link for #newyorkcomiccon this weekend! I almost didn't finish my cosplay in time 🥲 and am so glad I got something wearable pulled together. Thanks to my friends for the random photos and my brother for convincing me to keep working on the cosplay when I was tempted to give up and go to bed!

Finished wig for #wipwednesday ! Things are trending positively for a new duo cosplay this Saturday. I just... have to finish sewing Zelda's clothing in the next two days while also going to the con.

Finally back from a whirlwind 4 weeks of running Anime NYC > going to Dragon Con > running Rose City and recovering from con crud. @alexiscrafting and I had way too much fun in the judging room before y’all got there. When the room is bigger than your apartment 5 times over, the endless running meme is in order. Heading to @romancingportland for the "Let's Crochet by Making a Book Sleeve" Workshop on Sunday Sept 13th at 10:30 am! Tickets are on sale and linked in my bio!

Beginner crocheters are welcome and they will be able to start their projects and learn the skills to finish it afterwards. To finish the whole sleeve during the session, knowledge of crochet is important.

It was so fun to film this by the NYPL lions! It felt very appropriate to read nearby.

#witchhatateliercosplay build recap! I was originally planning to finish this cosplay for NYCC...🫠 But I changed my mind the week before ANYC and managed to pull it together by Sunday to wear to the con! Now I can fix it up for NYCC instead of crunching 😆 I had been casually making pieces in between other projects and then I switched into serious mode on August 14th. Willpower and shorter nights of sleep!

I used #loopsandthreadsyarn from @michaelsstores for the cloak, cape, and black details, with some odds and ends for the wig and white details!
