Recently my biggest teacher has been nature. We’re told balance is key, but nature doesn’t have “balance”, when we’re balanced we’re unfocused. Nature has seasons. I’ve also noticed the correlation between nature and being a woman. Just like nature having seasons, nature is cyclical, and so are we. I’m learning to embrace the fact that some seasons require rest and others require intention and focus. by @alexislb111
