One thing I’ve learned over the past couple of years is that feeling your best isn’t about finding one magic solution. It’s really an accumulation of small habits and tools that work for YOUR body.

I’m not under the impression that you can just hop on a vibration plate and suddenly everything in your body is functioning perfectly. And I definitely don’t believe wellness is one-size-fits-all.

For me, the biggest shift has come from focusing on the foundations first: consistent sleep, getting protein in within 30 minutes of waking up, and getting natural morning sunlight to support my circadian rhythm. Prioritizing my circadian rhythm has honestly been one of the most important changes I’ve made.

My vibration plate is just another tool I’ve incorporated into my morning routine, and it’s become a ritual I genuinely look forward to. It helps me start my day feeling more connected to my body and intentional about how I take care of myself.

At the end of the day, it’s not about doing everything perfectly. It’s about figuring out what makes you feel good in your own skin and consistently showing up for yourself. by @alexiswitkin

Keep your eye on your prize. Stay focused. Everyone else’s opinions are irrelevant because the only one that matters is your own opinion of yourself. Do you like who you are when you put your bed to rest at night? Can you look yourself in the eye and say you live and love with integrity? Are you respectable?
