Truth be told, The Method is 30% wardrobe, 70% mindset. Every person I have worked with has told me that they wish they had started sooner, that they made excuses as to why it wasn’t the right time.

They all say “I’ll invest in my wardrobe when…” :
⚡️I get to my ideal weight
⚡️I make a certain amount of money
⚡️I can find the time
⚡️I feel validated by friends and family
⚡️I feel worthy of investing in myself

But that is RIGHT NOW — it’s time to unlearn what you have been taught about what you can and cannot wear, it’s time to make the choice to invest in your future, it’s time to step into your next level self.

Chi had a good run—but to keep y’all in the Loop I’m beginning a new chapter!

Thank you Chicago, for a life changing 5 years connecting me with incredible friendships I never knew I needed. I was unsure about you at first—you were my home through some tough times, dental school, residency, and made me experience a fair share of some depressingly cold winters. But you also gave me gorgeous seasons, beautiful people, and restaurants that make my heart happy. You will always have a special place in my ♥️, so not a goodbye but rather a see you later.

And as for what’s next—I always said I’d come back for you Dallas, and I am true to my word…so get ready! 🔜🤠

HAPPY TRACK TUESDAY! ❤️‍🔥

Thank you @electricathleticclub @abrew3 and @genvaj for kicking my booty today!

It felt soooo good to be back out there on the track and reminisce to my high school track days. Speed tuesdays might be my new favorite day of the week!!

Workout deets:

(4x300) x 3 - 4-6 minutes in between sets, 90 seconds between reps.

My legs are already TOAST and the 90 degree weather got me sweaaatttttyyyy out there. Hope I can walk tomorrow?!
