⚡️Ironman 70.3 World Championships⚡️

What. A. Day.

What an amazing event, the best organised and most incredible atmosphere I’ve ever raced at!

I’d put in a lot of work in the lead up to this but it was still one of the hardest races I’ve ever done. A combination of baking hot sun, minimal shade and some unexpected elevation meant that I didn’t quite execute the race how I would have liked to and it took me a few days to reflect and realise how far I’ve actually come this year. None of this would have been possible without the guidance from @jlewis.tri and @entire.pc and the unwavering support from my family and friends who made this dream a reality.

It’s been a long season and I’m enjoying some much needed time off before getting stuck in again but I’m looking forward to seeing what 2025 brings ✨

Tuscany Trail Day 1: Campiglia Marittima - Sasso d’Ombrone
