There’s something so refreshing about finding places that invite you to slow down and embrace stillness, especially in a world that constantly feels like it’s asking us to move faster.

Spent the afternoon at Biblioteca Vasconcelos in Mexico City and found myself captivated by the architecture, but even more enamored with the way people use the space. Reading, studying, wandering, or simply existing quietly alongside one another.

Sometimes doing less is exactly what you need.

Running has always been one of those things that feels harder for me than it probably should, which is exactly why I’m pushing myself to get better at it.

I’ve got my eyes set on competing in a hyrox this March, and I want to show up as a stronger, more well-rounded athlete than I am today. That means working on the things I’m already good at, but more importantly, putting time into the things I’m not.

So here’s to more miles, better endurance, and hopefully learning to hate running a little less along the way.
