Justy post! Picked up this neglected 1991 Subaru Justy DL back in June. Car lived in Washington and NorCal most its life so it’s just about rust free. Things got 240k miles on it. 5 speed 4WD.

Of course I had to mod it right away. Noticed my BMW motorcycle ITBs were almost the perfect size for it. @making_for_motorsport inspired me to give ITBs a shot. So I went right ahead and asked @derpy.design to draw up the adapter and get a test print. Got it made in 3d printed Aluminum and faced off by @pizzaboymetalworks.

Once the stock exhaust started leaking I went to town building the header. Not quite equal length and but it is pulse timed.

I then installed my spare STM PRO speeduino I had from EverythingFuelInjected in Tasmania.

Nugget

@mooneyesusa dash mat and @lockcitydrift_ dice really fit the car haha.

Another shot of the goofy 1.2L inline 3

@finalbout SSE was a vibe.

So impressed by FBs not only sharing this content for us to use but also how incredibly organized it was. They really went above and beyond for us ❤️. by @alexthekidfrank

@lockcitydrift_ Night Stage 2026 recap can’t wait for next year!
Quick and dirty TikTok level edit. Wish I had more clips of everyone @pretenddriftteam

Thanks for the clips @v6mkkeyt and whoever ran the live stream.

No brokens, just gas, tires, and caffeine.
Time to put the fun car away and play catch up with all the work in the shop😭 #subaru #lockcity #wagonsteez #dontsuckjp #rwdsubaru taken in Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park by @alexthekidfrank

I often forget just how much abuse and change I’ve put this car through. Each change slowly making it better and better.
Today is 9 years with it. I consider it my rolling resume in a sense. I owe this car so much. It’s given me so many friends and connections. Forced me to learn skills I never thought I’d be able to learn. Landed me jobs, good times, adventures, etc
To those who don’t know, the build date of this chassis from Subaru is shared with my birthday (2 years older than me though) Crazy. Let’s keep shredding. taken in 𝑵𝑶𝑾𝑯𝑬𝑹𝑬 by @alexthekidfrank
