Let’s make things clear🫠

I feel like I’ve confused everyone at this point with me constantly being all over the place but and I don’t talk about this a lot but here’s the truth

🇨🇦Canada raised me

🇵🇱 my nationality is Polish, it’s my first language & I have tons of family that live in Poland so I go there to sometimes

🇺🇸Miami was a difficult chapter for me I wanted to love it so bad and I genuinely tried to but I felt off… and I cried more than I’ll admit

🌴but Turks is where I feel at peace

Same routine. Different country.
And I thank God every day I can work from anywhere 🤍

✈️Sometimes you need distance to see things clearly and moving forward I still have my apartment in Miami (my brothers in school there now) and I am planning on going back eventually just not right now🫠

I was able to lose over 40lbs without any diets without hours of cardio

My main tool that helped me lose weight was my mindset, walking and cleaning up the foods I was putting into my body!

A lot can happen in just 30 days!!

If you really put your all into it you can lose up to 8lbs in 30days which can make your body look completely different!

That’s 2lbs per week…

Step 1: figure out your calorie deficit send me a dm and I can help you figure out your deficit!

Simple equation is to multiply your body weight by 15 and that’s how many calories you need a day anything less than that is a deficit. Don’t forget activity level, muscle mass etc… plays a role as well which is why I reccommend speaking to a coach @alexxandra.fitt regarding your deficit

Step 2: find an activity that you love doing and stick to it. This can be going to the gym, Pilates, walking. Start by doing 5 minutes every single day.

Why everyday? This is going to help you get that momentum going, build discipline and stay consistent with it.

Step 3: stay consistent with it, stop over complicating it simply do it for 5 minutes everyday. Don’t think about the diets about restricting just focus on while foods and movement!

When I’m on my period I skip out on the scale I never weigh myself and I tell my clients to skip the scale as well🥲

When you’re on your period my weight will fluctuate up to 10lbs sometimes

YOU CANT CHANGE THAT❌

Don’t stress about the number on the scale it’s just water retention and hormonal changes💧

Your weight will probably go back to normal as soon as you’re done your period okay so focus on simply healing your body, self care, taking a bath, staying hydrated and you’ll be fine🎀🫶🏼 by @alexxandra.fitt

How the small habits add up🤝

walking changed my life in 6 months i was able to lose over 40lbs and girl…

I know what you’re thinking cause i thought the exact same way

“A walk won’t make a difference”

neither will ONE salad or ONE burger

One healthy meal won’t magically change your body just like one unhealthy meal won’t ruin your progress

But overtime those little choices add up

and before you know it those 10 minute walks add up to hours of movement and you’re getting leaner, feeling stronger and seeing changes

And that’s exactly how I teach my girls in 1-1 coaching you don’t need to drastically change your life to see changes.

Lazy girl dinner recipeeeee baby 200 cals and 20g of protein per bell pepper🥹🫶🏼

This recipe makes about 6 servings so it’s perfect for meal prep

okay here’s the recipe⬇️
3 bell peppers cut in half
1lb of extra lean ground beef
1 cup of cooked rice
6 slices of cheese I used American cause I was to lazy to shred it
thinly sliced veggies of choice I used mushrooms, onions, zucchinis

1. Sautee your veggies in a pan once softened I added in the ground beef and seasoned with taco seasoning

2. Once everything is cooked add in 1 cup of rice and mix everything together well

3. Add the mixture to your sliced open bell peppers and a slice on top of each bell pepper bake at 350F for 20-25 min

4. I added Greek yogurt and parsley I think on top

Anyways my whole family devoured this meal so I had no leftovers but wish I did. These are the recipes I give to my clients in 1-1 coaching cause YUMMMM by @alexxandra.fitt

I wasted too many years chasing the thought of being smaller and thought it would make me happy

What actually made me happy is being healthy, lifting heavy, having a period, feeling good in my body, enjoying a meal without guilt that’s truly what made me happy🥹🫶🏼 by @alexxandra.fitt

For the first time in my life my goal is not fat loss I just want to be strong, healthy, happy and build some muscle baby

The biggest thing that has helped me stop binge eating is eating consistently for years i would restrict all day than either go crazy at night or on the weekends

Now girl I am eating every couple of hours instead and yes it was really scary to me at first to be completely honest however once you start fueling your body properly the binge eating urges tend to slowly disappear

Pre workout fuel is so so important girl you are putting that energy to use and we can’t do crazy things on an empty stomach

Had to walk my dog before the gym ofc so we walked straight to the coffee shop for a latte

Eating righttttt after my workout to refuel no fasting here

Ops still felt hungry so I had an apple

Bread is NOTTTT bad for you stop being scared of carbs babes your body needs it

I love Diet Coke so much

In the past I’d be making my own dinner but I learned that enjoying a meal with ur family is OK

I eat a yogurt bowl every single night I look forward to it

I lost 40lbs just by walking here’s a little breakdown of how you can get steps in minutes

10 min walk before breakfast= 1500 steps

30 minute post lunch= 3000-4000 steps

15 min walk right after work = 2500

30 min evening stroll= 3000-4000

BAM THATS 10k STEPS IN ONE DAY

You don’t need to do hours of cardio or anything crazy break up your walks into smaller increments throughout the day and it will def add up a lot quicker than you think
