Free-range pork belly, crackling and all, paired with jazz apple for a bit of sweetness, and served with a Yorkshire pudding big enough to need its own place setting, thyme & garlic roasties, root veg, spring cabbage and a proper gravy to bring it all together.

The team have been busy getting fires lit and gravy boats filled.

Autumn has its own agenda around here, and our team like to be ready for it.

Umbrellas waiting by reception. The kind of little touch we take real pride in, so a sudden downpour never gets in the way of a walk through the village, or further out onto the Downs. Rain or shine, there's always a reason to step outside.
