ur sign to book the trip. New desires unlocked (here we go again) my life is on the faster pace side, I wouldnā€™t have it any other way so slowing it down was a little hug to myself this weekend. The Unlocked Woman retreat by @holdingspacewg was the first time in a long time my body actually rested. Breathwork, sound bowls, wealth container work, and finding the stories keeping us small. barefoot walks in the rain, nourishing food I didnā€™t have to cook & the most incredible women. Grounded, clear, and a little more unlocked. 100% recommend x Venue @austinvilla_estate Retreat by @holdingspacewg #retreats #wellnessretreats by @aliarchdeacon

advice - try absolutely everything that you find interestingā€¦ Looking back, I think the biggest lesson Iā€™ve learnt is that youā€™re allowed to reinvent yourself as many times as you need. Iā€™ve started businesses, sold a business, moved countries, changed careers, started again and followed ideas that probably made absolutely no sense to anyone else at the time. And the funny thing is, none of it was ever really part of some big master plan. Iā€™ve just always followed what excites me, trusted my gut. but no it wasnā€™t always fun and exciting. It tested me ALOT as these life choices werenā€™t necessarily the safest options (loves doing things for the plot) BUT Every chapter led me to the next. I wouldnā€™t be here if I didnā€™t try or experience the last. What I have done things differently? Maybe. But everything has pointed me here & couldnā€™t be happier & I know itā€™s still only the beginning. Now at 29, building my own creative agency team, the podcast and personal brand. It doesnā€™t stop. But itā€™s exciting and fulfilling. Reminder you donā€™t need to have it all figured out & allow yourself to enjoy different experiences. Lifeā€™s too short to stay in one chapter just because you started it. by @aliarchdeacon
