Look at these amazing murals @lizhaywood is doing in Durham! Liz came to me last year to help her with the RFP for two murals in the newly developed @hubrtp We talked through her proposal, I made my edits and a few curatorial suggestions for the design. Next thing we knew, she was packing her bags for an extended stay in Durham.

If you are looking to collect art for your home or office OR you’re an artist needing a little guidance with your next application, let’s talk!

Exhibition images of WAFFLE HOUSE VISTAS - on view until 1 June at Georgia Museum of art

“Emerging from Micah Cash’s photography series and photo book of the same name, this exhibition focuses on the built and natural environments as seen through the windows of Waffle House restaurants. Captured from locations across the southeastern United States, these images contemplate the physical and social environments and commerce that surround each location of the southern cultural icon.”

Could it be possible for Charlotte 👑 to have a small exhibition space where artists could share their work in a completely blank space, floor to ceiling?

I almost missed this one @momaps1 I was tired and about ready to leave. But then I saw it. The directional sign to James Turrell’s piece. 🤩 Sitting indoors, looking up at the sky was very powerful and I felt like I was experiencing something incredibly special.
