Reformer flow for arms, glutes and abs. You could start with arms in straps first, or I also like to add a lunge sequence straight after the side glutes (same working leg) save and try 💗

want to become more flexible or are you new to yoga and not sure where to start? This is a perfect routine to add to your daily movement practice, it’s only 20 mins and it’s free 💗 I have yoga and Pilates classes on my YouTube that are great to gain mobility, flexibility, develop strength and endurance #tighthamstrings #yoga #yogaposes #yogaflow #tighthips by @alicepadron_

I would love to host community events centred around movement, arts & crafts, learning a skill, food and more, and how nice would it be to make movement an activity you can share with friends or where you can meet new likeminded people. Join the WhatsApp group in my bio for future events. And if you would like to collaborate or know of any venues send me a dm 💌 #pilates #yoga #pilatesinstructor #freethingstodoinlondon #pilatesevent by @alicepadron_

As someone that used to wear exclusively all black matching sets, I am free 🌀💗
I feel like I can finally enjoy the clothes I wear to work, as someone that spends 90% of the time in active wear it can get pretty damn boring to only wear leggings and sports bras (and uncomfortable, tight clothes all day no thanks) it’s been so fun to get more creative and wear loose fitting clothes (and low rise omg) #pilates #yoga #pilatesoutfit #yogapants #2000sfashion @blok by @alicepadron_
