I've been accepted into the MEd program at SFU! 🎓

Life has a way of surprising you. If you had asked me years ago what I'd be doing now, I definitely wouldn't have guessed teaching, let alone pursuing a Master’s in Education @simonfraseru ! I couldn't be more thankful for the chance to support students and help them figure out their paths. 🙌

Starting this Master’s @sfueducation is all about becoming a better instructor and making sure I'm giving my students the best I can. It's already been eye-opening, and I'm learning so much from my cohort—a diverse and experienced group of teachers. It's exciting to see where this journey will take me, and I can't wait to share more.

To everyone who's been cheering me on—thank you. Your support means everything! 🖤 I'm so grateful to be on this ride and excited for the new challenge!

✨ KFW DAY 1 ✨

Long time coming, but it finally happened! 🎉 @kelownafashionweekend first season was a huge success!

Thank you so much for having me to participate as a speaker during the three-day KFW event. I had the honour of hosting a workshop called “Fashion Marketing with Alice.”

As a workshop host, I had the chance to discuss the fashion industry and @raonagency, engage in an inspiring Q&A session, and have meaningful discussions with an amazing audience.
Also, @ej.negre created an amazing sketch of me during my workshop! Thanks for capturing the moment beautifully.

It was very inspiring to see so many passionate creatives in Kelowna and the supportive, engaging community they have built. I thoroughly enjoyed our session and learned a lot from other workshops hosted by the incredible talents @emeroomckay and @theonlyalexandracatrina.

And of course, we can’t forget about the fashion show afterward. The outdoor runway was very refreshing to be on a nice sunny day. The event was thoughtfully organized, involving the community and creatives in the most meaningful way.

Thank you again to everyone including @erikka_moojelsky who made this event so special! 🌟

I can’t believe it’s already been a year since we started our podcast! 🎉 To celebrate, we just wrapped up our first live podcast and networking event—and wow, what an experience! 🌟

Honestly, when I first started planning this event, I had so many moments of doubt. I questioned if we could pull it off, if people would show up, if it would be meaningful… But thanks to my incredible team, who believed in the vision and poured their talent, time, and heart into making it happen, we did it! 🙌

The day was filled with so much learning, connecting, and truly building our community. 🤝 We had some of the most amazing creatives in the industry join us, and I could feel the warmth and care from every single person there. It was more than just an event—it was a moment of coming together, of supporting each other, and of celebrating what we’ve built. 💖

I’m so grateful for everyone who took the time to be with us, especially on a summer weekend. 🌞 Your presence added so much value, and I learned so much from our guests. Everything ran smoothly, and it felt like we were all part of something really special.

For me, the highlight wasn’t just the turnout, but the meaningful connections and relationships we built. This isn’t just about one event—it’s about continuing to foster a positive, supportive community in our industry. 🌱
