Looking to counteract a desk job?
Friday lunch class @flowreformerstudio Grantham 12:30!

Prone extension on the long box targets the exact muscle groups needed to reverse slouching and strengthen the spine safely.

Check out some variations of working the spine and the back body…

✨Video 1: Seated back work on the reformer is all about maintaining a tall spine while challenging your core and posterior chain against the spring tension.

✨Video 2: Lying prone on the long box forces your extensor muscles to fire up from head to toe. Focus on pulling your chest wide and keeping your neck long—no crunching the lower back!
