If you’re new here, hi. 👋 I’m Ally. For years I thought all the different chapters of my life were just that… different chapters. Advertising. Moving to Portugal. Motherhood. Wellness. Content creation. Building businesses. They all felt unrelated. It took me a long time to realize they weren’t random at all. They were preparing me for the life I have now. And that’s become the biggest lesson I want to pass on. So many women tell me, “I don’t really have anything to offer.” Meanwhile they’ve spent decades building careers, solving problems, raising families, surviving hard seasons, learning new skills, and collecting experiences that someone else would gladly learn from. Sometimes all that’s missing is learning how to connect the dots. That’s what this page is about. Not becoming someone new. I have a bad habit of deciding I want something and then going ALL THE FUCK IN. 😂 And this month has been no exception. I’ve worked harder than I have in a long time. Planted a shit ton of seeds. Taken on way too much. Let a few things slide. And I’m still nowhere near the goal I set. But for once, I’m not letting that convince me it isn’t working. Sometimes the work and the results just don’t happen in the same month. In case nobody has told you lately: you’re allowed to be ambitious AND overwhelmed. 🫶🏼 You can love your family more than anything and still want something that’s yours. You can be grateful for your life and still want to build more. You can be excited about your business and also occasionally want to throw your laptop directly out the window. 😂 Trying to build something while raising humans, managing a home, maintaining relationships, taking care of yourself and remembering that apparently everyone needs dinner EVERY night is a lot. Feeling overwhelmed doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong. It probably means you’re doing a whole fucking lot. So unclench your jaw. Close a few of those 37 open tabs. And give yourself some credit. If you’re starting UGC and want to sonic-speed the process without spending your entire life hunting down brands… steal my stack. 👀 One of my September 3F goals is FINANCES, and I’m chasing a $3K month. So I picked three income streams to actually focus on, and UGC is one of them. The problem? I did not want “build a UGC income stream” to translate into spend 6 hours a day Googling brand emails, updating media kits and refreshing job boards. So I started testing tools that simplify the parts that usually eat up the most time: Finding brands. Finding actual decision-makers. Sending outreach. Following up. Finding open UGC jobs. Keeping my media kit + stats updated. And in roughly two weeks, that system has helped me put myself in front of 171 UGC opportunities through applications + outreach. I’m still the one who has to pitch well, create good content and actually deliver. But the boring parts? Automate the hell out of them. 😂 Because if you’re trying to get traction fast, the goal isn’t to work harder at every single step. It’s to make the process easier so you can get more reps, faster.
