I spent 20+ years in corporate America building a career in the medical device world.

I worked hard. I traveled. I produced. I sacrificed time, energy, and sometimes my own health to build something I was incredibly proud of.

And I was successful.

But here’s what I didn’t understand nearly enough back then:

A successful career and a wealth strategy are NOT the same thing.

I could do everything “right” and still have major pieces of my future influenced by decisions I didn’t make.

A CEO could change direction.
A company could restructure.
The economy could shift.
Compensation plans could change.

Meanwhile, my wealth strategy followed the traditional playbook:

Work hard. Earn more. Save. Contribute to the 401(k). And trust that someday it would all add up.

Then I started asking a different question:

Why am I so intentional about my health, longevity, career, and the life I want to create… but not equally intentional about how my money is working for me?

I don’t want my financial future dependent solely on how many hours I work, how much I can sell, or what company I work for.

I want to understand my money.
I want investments and assets growing alongside the income I create.
I want multiple ways of building wealth.

Most importantly, I want CHOICE.

Choice about how much I work.
Where I live.
How I spend my time.
What I say YES to, and what I can confidently walk away from.

For years, my world has centered around health, wellness, and longevity.

Now I see wealth as part of that conversation too.

Because what good is living longer if we haven’t created the financial strategy to support the life we actually want to live?

Especially for women in our 40s, 50s and beyond who have spent decades building careers, businesses, families, and everyone else’s future.

Maybe it’s time we become just as intentional about building our own.

I’m learning. I’m investing. I’m asking better questions.

And I’m just getting started.

You may have known me as the woman who’s talked about health, fitness and longevity for years.

And I’m not leaving any of that behind. Not even close.

But I’ve realized there’s another piece of well-being we don’t talk about nearly enough as women:

Our financial well-being.

Because having more resources creates more choice.

Choice in how we care for our bodies.
Choice in where we live.
Choice in how we spend our time.
Choice in what we say YES to, and what we finally get to say NO to.

So yes, you’re going to see me talking more about wealth creation, investing, passive income and helping women become more educated and confident about their financial future.

Health is still part of my foundation.
Longevity is still part of my mission.

I’m simply expanding the conversation.

Because I don’t believe women need to slow down as we get older.

I think we get to change the pace, change the path, raise the standard, and keep going.

Health. Wealth. Choice.

I swear I’m not getting better at keeping my mouth shut… 😂

But when someone starts talking about:
✨ Slow recovery ✨ Constant inflammation  ✨ Feeling stressed or stuck in fight-or-flight ✨ Low energy ✨ Healthy aging
…my brain immediately goes:

“Have you looked into molecular hydrogen yet?” 🤭

It’s become one of my favorite wellness tools because it’s simple, easy to incorporate into my day, and it’s something I personally reach for as part of my overall health routine.

No, it’s not magic. No, it’s not the only piece of the puzzle.
YES it’s backed by science 🧬 & research.

All right, ladies, it’s time we have a little come-to-Jesus chat.

You’ve been told you have to pick one or the other. Either your health or your finances, your dreams or your obligations. Well, I’m here to tell you: that’s a big, fat lie. We’re here to create the ‘and.’

You get to invest in your well-being and pay for that college fund. You get to take that dream trip and have money working for you. The excuses stop now!!!! Because I found a community where passive income isn’t a buzzword; it’s your ‘and.’ No training, no gimmicks. Just more ‘and’ in your life.

For the past three years, I’ve chosen ‘and.’ I never thought I could travel internationally and build a business, but I did.

I’ve created passive income so I no longer have to rely on ‘maybe next time.’ If this resonates and you’re ready for more ‘and’ in your life, I’m always here to listen.

12 hours. Three plot twists. And two choices. Sit in the disappointment, or shift.

It would have been so easy to call the whole trip a disaster.

Within 12 hours of landing, I celebrated my new workbook going live on Amazon, pulled off the ultimate surprise on my best friend, and came down with a brutal case of the norovirus.

Stuck in a hotel bed thousands of miles from home, I hit that massive fork in the road. I could have easily sat in the disappointment, spiraled into resentment, and let a virus dictate the narrative of my entire trip. Honestly, a part of me wanted to.

But I had to use the exact thought work I teach in my program. I allowed the disappointment to exist without letting it take the wheel. I caught the ‘all-or-nothing’ thoughts and consciously chose to shift my perspective.

By anchoring deeply into my core values of adventure and connection, I could hold two truths at once: I was incredibly sick, AND the trip wasn’t a total loss. I still traveled. I still saw my person.

The timing of this feels unreal.

I landed in the Azores early this morning to surprise my best friend. ✈️
