Another year around the sun with you feels like a deeper unfolding—a remembering of who we are, and who we’re becoming together.

Josh, you never shy away from the unknown. In fact, you dance with it—curious, open-hearted, and alive. It’s one of the many things I adore about you. You greet life like an old friend, always ready to uncover its deeper layers. Whether it’s a skill, an idea, or a feeling—you meet it fully, with reverence and a quiet mastery that comes from self-trust.

I remember when I first met you—you were just this hot guy who did bodybuilding and made me laugh. But even then, there was something unmistakable. A pull. A quiet knowing. Nearly seven years on, I see now that moment was just the beginning—a spark before the fire. Our souls have found each other again and again in ways I still don’t have words for. What I felt back then was only a glimpse into the depth, the beauty, the everything I was about to experience with you.

You are wildly innovative, not because you chase success, but because you’re unafraid to feel your way through things. You’re not driven by perfection—you’re driven by presence. The woman I am today was shaped by the storms I once thought would break me.

I’ve walked the path of self-doubt, of pushing my body to extremes, of searching for worth in all the wrong places. I’ve felt lost, disconnected, and stuck in cycles that didn’t serve me. But through the depths of my struggles, I chose to heal. I chose to rewrite my story.

Now, I help women step into a new way of living:

💫 Rewiring limiting beliefs and stepping into their highest, most magnetic self.
💫 Balancing their masculine & feminine energy—training hard and learning to soften into flow.

Grief, love, growth, healing—it’s all intertwined. And through it all, I’ve learned one thing: we are never as lost as we think we are.

Pop, my world. 🪽

Our engagement ceremony was always meant to be a moment we shared—one where you proudly gave me away. Even on the day you passed, you told me that no one could tell you otherwise, that you would be there no matter what. That was who you were—strong, unwavering, and full of love.

The day you left, my heart shattered. There hasn’t been a single day since that I haven’t missed you. But on the day of our ceremony, I carried you with me—wrapped in my arms, in my heart, and in the tie you had bought to wear with your suit. My week didn’t go as planned, but I knew you were right there beside me, just as you had always intended.

You were the light of every room, the warmth in my coldest days, the love that never wavered. Though it still doesn’t feel real, I promise to keep your jokes, your smile, your kindness, and your unconditional love alive through me and everyone who was lucky enough to know you.

Pop, being by your side through your battle with cancer was one of the hardest but most rewarding things I’ve ever done. You gave me the world when I was little, and I knew it was my turn to do the same for you. Now, I know you’re in heaven, probably having a beer, watching over us with that cheeky smile.

Grief really is love with nowhere to go. It’s the ache of empty spaces, the echo of a voice you long to hear, the weight of memories that both comfort and break you. It doesn’t follow a timeline, nor does it ever truly fade—it simply changes shape, woven into the fabric of who we are.

Losing you, Pop, has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to face. But if grief is the price of love, then I will carry this ache with me always—because loving you was worth every bit of it.

Thank you for making me the luckiest granddaughter alive.
Your love will forever be my guiding light, and I’ll spend my life making you proud.

From the moment our souls collided, I knew this was something different—something rare, something real. A love that feels like home, like freedom, like the deepest exhale of knowing I’m exactly where I’m meant to be.

I said YES to my best friend, my greatest adventure, and the man who sees me, truly sees me. Every version of me—wild, soft, strong, messy, growing—and loves me even more for it.

Closing 2024 with Love, Strength & Spirit 💫

2024, you’ve been a year that cracked my heart open and reminded me of what truly matters.🌻

These last three months have been some of the hardest, with my Nana and Pop in and out of the hospital. Yet, in the middle of it all, I’ve witnessed the incredible power of love, support, and togetherness. 💖

I’ve been held by my partner, who’s stood by my side through every tear and every worry. Josh, you are my rock, my safe place, and my reminder that love can weather any storm. 🌟

My friends—checking in, sending love, and showing up in the little ways that mean the most—have reminded me how lucky I am to have a circle of people who care so deeply.

And my family... oh, how we’ve come together. In the face of uncertainty and fear, we’ve leaned on one another. Shared deep love, late-night talks, and quiet moments of prayer or hope have shown me the beauty of collective strength. Together, we’ve made the hard times bearable, even beautiful in their own way. 🌿

Spiritually, this season has grounded me. I’ve found peace in the chaos by turning inward—through my practices, stillness, and trust in something bigger than myself. My intuition has been my guide, reminding me that even the darkest moments hold light if we stay open to it. 🌙

As I move into 2025, I’m carrying:
✨ A heart FULL of gratitude for the people who’ve held me up.
✨ A soul deeply connected to love, family, and purpose.
✨ A vision for more strength, joy, and healing, not just for me but for everyone I’m here to serve.

This year has taught me that life isn’t about avoiding challenges—it’s about who we become through them. It’s about the people who walk beside us and the faith that carries us forward.

My definition of God? 🍃✨ I believe it's everywhere—around us, within us. 🧚🏼‍♀️

When you truly believe, anything becomes possible.

There will always be moments in life where you feel lost, when you feel like there’s nothing left to hold on to… but in those moments of pain and uncertainty, when it feels like all we have left is hope, that’s when things begin to shift.

That’s when belief becomes everything.

Believe in yourself. Believe in the universe. Believe in nature. Believe in whatever fills your soul. But above all, believe.🧚🏼‍♀️🦋

💞What If You Stopped Doubting and Started Believing?🦋

Let’s get real for a second—how much time do you spend doubting yourself, second-guessing your goals, or talking yourself down? Imagine if all that energy was shifted into believing in yourself and what you’re capable of. 🌟

In my last posts, we’ve talked about mindset, sustainability, and aligning with your why. But none of that can truly work if you don’t first choose to back yourself (the hard part if you let it be)
So often, we wait for someone else to give us permission to feel worthy, confident, or capable. Maybe it’s validation from a friend, partner, or even a coach.
But here’s the truth:
💭 What if you became your own biggest cheerleader? 💭 What if you stopped chasing permission from others and gave it to yourself?
Because you are the only one who can fully believe in your goals, stand in your power, and take action. Confidence isn’t granted—it’s built from the inside out.

✨ How to Start Backing Yourself: 1️⃣ Speak to yourself like you would your best friend. Ditch the negativity and hype yourself up instead. 2️⃣ Celebrate every small win—progress matters more than perfection. 3️⃣ Act as if you already believe in yourself, even if it feels uncomfortable at first.
